Неплохо, но есть нюансы
Pros:

Отличная локация, есть бассейн глубокий 1,8 м, основной бассейн очень живописный. Красивая территория, большой номер, регулярная уборка. В отеле есть магазин с продуктами и всем необходимым по низким ценам. Также есть магазин с фруктами. Это очень удобно, не надо переплачивать за доставку в номер и никуда выезжать.

Cons:

Бассейны открываются в 9 утра( вариант поплавать утром отсутствует, я пыталась плавать в море, в бассейне в 7.30 - везде выгоняли( персонал вообще не разговаривает на английском, и на русском тоже. При этом половина проживающих в отеле русские. Если бы не перевод чата gpt, то рум сервис, химчистка - все это было бы недоступно. Также нет сервиса на пляже/ бассейне, есть qr коды для заказа, но по факту сам идешь в центральный бар отеля и сам себе все приносишь( на завтрак я была разочарована отсутствием фрешей и смузи, а также рыбы, они копченую селедку только предлагали. Я не ем яйца и мясо, а также не ем китайскую еду. В итоге я ограничивалась сыром( его давали прям в граммах, я забирала почти всю тарелку шведского стола, так мало выносили) и овощами. На завтрак я сходила 2 дня из 4 в итоге, смысла не было( кофе также отвратительный. Пыталась записаться в спа, но там всегда никого не было на ресепшн(

In urgent need of refurbishment
Pros:

The location of this hotel, right in the middle of YALONG BAY is great for a beach holiday. The grounds and pool areas are beautiful.
The BAIYUN restaurant is excellent.

Cons:

A number of reviews have commented that the rooms and general public areas are tired. I think that’s an understatement. The rooms are a disgrace and need to be urgently redecorated. The shower area in particular is disgusting. The public areas are a good design but very rundown. The hotel is only 23 years old but it looks like it’s never been refurbished. The breakfast is extensive and okay quality but not great. 99% of tourists are from China. Most of the foreign tourists are Russian. English language skills are almost non-existent in the staff – we used Google Translate all the time.
The palm Court restaurant is variable.

Perfect Brachfront Hotel
Pros:

Fantastic location and facilities, right on the beautiful Yalong Bay beachfront and with stunning grounds. The hotel also has plenty of loungers and umbrellas and even cabanas/huts available for hotel guuests to use free of charge. Duty Manager Allen Li was amazing and made our family stay just perfect. He was on hand to answer any questions and even organized late check-out for my family when our flight was delayed. The Diplomatic Suite with plunge pool was amazing with a huge balcony and spectacular sea views. The resort has a nice family feel and is great for couples or those with young families. We will definitely be back again!

Cons:

The air con in the (very big!) room could have been a bit cooler. The swim up pool bar was closed during our stay. Still amazing though.

I have been in this hotel several years ago and I found it still pleasant and well kept.
Pros:

My stay with my wife was excellent, especially duty manager Allen is super friendly, he upgraded our room from garden view to sea view with fruit without paying extra fees, anything else we need, he’s always attentive. Highly recommended.Breakfast good as well as beach.
