Voor de prijs zeer aan te raden.
Pros:

Heerlijke ontbijt en aardige mensen. Heel ruime kamer. Goede handdoeken en bedden.

Cons:

Op onze etage op de derde verdieping was internet heel zwak. Beneden in de lobby echter goed.
Ook de douche zonder douche deur was iets minder.

Utile pied a terre, con alcuni difetti, per visitare i luoghi di Cesare, Sigismondo e Fellini

Staff gentile e disponibile. Colazione discreta. Posizione buona per noi che eravamo interessati al centro storico. Parcheggio adiacente la struttura.

Cons:

Edificio obsoleto che necessiterebbe di urgente ristrutturazione. Riscaldamento centralizzato e non regolabile; abbiamo dovuto tenere aperta di notte la finestra del bagno per mitigare il caldo. Radiatori arrugginiti e impolverati. Infissi esterni ed interni vecchi e inadeguati. Doccia piccola con soffione fisso in alto. Neanche il frigo bar.

La struttura non si presenta bene esternamente perché vecchia e poco "moderna".
