Pros:

Acomodação e café da manhã.

Cons:

Atendimento do restaurante ( faltou um pouco de cortesia do chefe para tirar nossas dúvidas sobre cardápio e ramal do restaurante), abordagem para tentativa de vendas de cotas de empreendimentos da Laghetto tirando um pouco a privacidade e falta de manutenção na piscina infantil.

O quarto como um todo, as acessorias (brinquedoteca, piscina, sala de jogos, etc), atendimento da equipe de recepção e etc.

Cons:

o restaurante a comida não é muito boa, precisa melhorar
o aporte de alguns funcionários para vender outros pacotes/atrações para a cidade (acho desnecessário).

O hotel é muito bom para famílias com crianças. Café da manhã muito bom, quarto com divisória. Limpo e organizado. Vista maravilhosa para o Vale do Quilombo.

Minha estadia foi boa.
Pros:

Gostei bastante da localização ser próxima ao centro.
Também gostei bastante da equipe não medir esforços para atender o hóspede com dedicação e carinho.
Gostei ainda mais do fato do hotel permitir animais de pequeno porte, o que facilita muito as família que querem desfrutar do passeio junto ao seu animal.

Cons:

Acredito que as acomodações poderiam ser mais modernas, embora sejam confortáveis o aspecto antigo não torna o ambiente ainda mais agradável.
