Já é a 2ª vez que me hospedo no Laghetto Toscana, amo a localização, a vista pro vale, os funcionários são super educados e cuidadosos com os hóspedes. O Geovani nos fez até chimarrão, 🥰

Cons:

A única coisa que não estava mto boa dessa vez, era o café da manhã que dia sim, dia não o pãozinho francês e pão de queijo não eram frescos, os bolos simples não estavam gostosos e no sábado(dia do jogo) teve rodízio de sopa , mas nenhuma era saborosa, todas previam ser aquelas sopas artificiais, então, ao meu ver nesse ponto precisam melhorar, pois caiu mto.

Cons:

Café frio depois colocaram água quente e ficou muito fraco.
Sem falar que reservei dois quarto quando chego lá colocaram em quarto diferente do que eu teria reservado, alegando até que não teria quarto no mesmo andar para ficar com minha família, quando retornei e falei com outro atendente o mesmo disse que estava errado trocou o quarto e ainda conseguiu me colocar no mesmo andar que minha família .
Acústico do quarto muito ruim.

Pros:

Atendentes educados e ágeis. Camas ótimas, chuveiro bom, ar condicionado suficiente para aquecer bem o quarto. Café da manhã muito bom. Localização boa, porém por ser na rodovia se escuta o movimento dos carros. A área kids é grande e bonita.

Cons:

Acho que poderia melhorar a questão das cortinas. Como as janelas são de vidro, quando o sol nasce fica bastante claro. Fomos em maio, quando o sol não nasce tão cedo e por isso não atrapalhou, mas para quem for no verão, vai despertar cedo. O micro-ondas do quarto estava bem sujo por dentro..
