Precisam melhorar muito a estética dos quartos e também a questão do cartão de acesso.
Pros:

Gostei da localização, isso fica bem próximo a estação central, facilitando assim o deslocamento para qualquer lugar daquela zona.

Cons:

Os quartos do hotel são muito mal acabados, a pintura está velha e não existe acabamento, a impressão que tive é que não existe manutenção, eles nem sequer se preocupam com a estética dos quartos.
Outra questão importante é o facto de ter que deixar o cartão de acesso na receção toda vez que saímos para algum sítio. É uma regra deles que acho ridículo, toda vez que saímos temos que ir à receção e deixar o cartão , me senti um pouco oprimido em relação a isso, o hotel também não tem restaurante. Mas isso não foi um problema, visto que a volta do hotel tem muitos restaurantes. Outro detalhe importante, os travesseiros são demasiado velhos, quando uma fronha se abriu, vimos que a espuma dos travesseiros eram bem velhas , isso nos deixou também desconfortáveis pois tivemos receio de não ser higienizado da maneira correta.

Comfortable and friendly hotel
Pros:

Very comfortable modern room and bathroom. Good breakfast with extensive choice. Extremely friendly and helpful staff
