Great option, would choose again
Pros:

Perfect location (subway station, busses, railway), great breakfast and helpful and friendly staff. There are a lot of small restaurants nearby. Would definitely choose it again.

Cons:

It might get a bit loud at night room the street, but that is the trade off of the location.
