Important information:

Group T&Cs : When booking 3 rooms or more or reservation of over 5 nights , different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information. 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking.

A card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance.

A valid credit card or cash deposit is required to confirm a booking. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival and bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged upon booking. In the event of a no show or late cancellation, the hotel will charge the first night rate to the credit card used as guarantee. Should the card decline, we also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking.

All guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of arrival are considered No-Shows.
Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights.
If a guest arrives the following day, the booking may be reinstated at management discretion.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Nice hotel, our room was very large!
Food in the restaurant was lovely

Cons:

Rooms could do with a bit of maintenance work dirt marks on curtains, paint coming off the bathroom roof ect… minor issues

Clean, warm and friendly

Cons:

No facecloth in bathroom.
Unfortunatley, the food was a let down. We found cooked breakfast was cold and we didnt eat the second morning of our stay. Evening dinning sat, the main course again was cooler than we expected, all 4 portions of chips were cold.

Pros:

Spacious room, carvery dining, lovely breakfast. We extended our stay, so it wasn't terrible. It's close to shopping.

Cons:

Lack of power points at the desk, one for a lamp, another for the TV. The lamp lost out for the laptop.

Pros:

Absolutely fabulous. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, bed was massive and the room very spacious. Lovely friendly reception staff. Great breakfast, very kind breakfast staff. Made my partner's birthday very special. Relaxed atmosphere, good location close to the centre, supermarkets, petrol stations etc. Excellent value for money.

Todo era excelente. La habitación, el restaurante, la piscina y la gente muy agradable.

Cons:

Yo creo que el precio del desayuno es caro. Eramos 4 personas y pagar 17x4 que nos pedían era mucho. Nos íbamos a desayunar fuera que hay muchos sitios cerca.

Frokosten litt dyr pga norsk valuta, men ellers ok
Pluss at bussen inn til cork city går rett utenfor døra
Ikke langt å gå ned i hovedgaten med mange små hyggelige butikker og spisesteder

Cons:

Vi kunne ønsket oss luftemulighet natterstid på rommet, men rommet lå på gateplan og vinduene var fra gulv til tak så det var ikke aktuelt. Vi spurte aldri om det var mulig med et annet rom, så vår egen feil kan man si.....

Kind staff and good location near train station and friends make this a super deal!
Pros:

Location and lovely staff.

Cons:

Room was a bit too warm. Sink was broken but we were moved to another room and very kindly given breakfast vouchers for the bother.
