Important information:

Group T&Cs : When booking 3 rooms or more or reservation of over 5 nights , different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information. 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking.

A card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance.

A valid credit card or cash deposit is required to confirm a booking. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival and bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged upon booking. In the event of a no show or late cancellation, the hotel will charge the first night rate to the credit card used as guarantee. Should the card decline, we also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking.

All guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of arrival are considered No-Shows.
Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights.
If a guest arrives the following day, the booking may be reinstated at management discretion.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Pros:

Location is brilliant. Rooms clean and comfy

Cons:

Leisure facilities need major updating. Pool, kids pool, jacuzzi, etc all outdated and old. Not particularly clean either. Tissue on the ground etc

Sehr gutes Frühstück, geräumiges Familienzimmer, schönes Bad. Gym und Wellnessbereich nutzbar.

Cons:

Leider sind können unter 16jährige das Gym und Wellness nicht nutzen.

Not Great
Cons:

The window in my bedroom wouldn’t close and there was rainwater on the windowsill. Was left freezing in the room and had to sleep in my clothes Also having baths in the bathroom instead of a shower is a safety slip hazard.

Buena opcion por estar centricos,pero podrian mejorar....
Pros:

La cercania y accesibilidad al centro, tenia parqueo gratis.

Cons:

El piso en que nos quedamos (habitaccion 111) era exageradamente ruidoso, habia una fiesta y todo el sonido se podia escuchar, tambien las almohadas eran super incomodas (casi planas), tambien no era claro si el desayuno estaba incluido en la tarida(decia buen desayuno, mas no especificaba si era adicional o incluido... )

Splendid stay
Pros:

All round fantastic stay. Very comfortable room, all staff hugely helpful and bar/bistro area great. Had an amazing meal on our final night.

Cons:

Partner found it difficult to wash hair under rain fall shower.

Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Midleton, my whole family really enjoyed our stay.
Pros:

Location was brilliant, a short walk into Midleton town. The hotel was lovely and clean, staff were very pleasant. We enjoyed a really nice afternoon tea in the hotel aswell.

Cons:

No everything was good.
