Group T&Cs : When booking 3 rooms or more or reservation of over 5 nights , different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information. 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking.
A card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance.
A valid credit card or cash deposit is required to confirm a booking. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival and bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged upon booking. In the event of a no show or late cancellation, the hotel will charge the first night rate to the credit card used as guarantee. Should the card decline, we also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking.
All guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of arrival are considered No-Shows.
Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights.
If a guest arrives the following day, the booking may be reinstated at management discretion.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Arrived at 8 .40 kitchen closed .Room 3rf floor very hot fan supplied but not sufficent.

Hotel is excellent for comfort, facilities and most of all the staff. Refurbished rooms are of a very high standard and are kept spotlessly clean by facilities staff. Beds are comfortable and shower is great. There was a fan in the room due to the very hot weather when we were there. Rooms do not have fridge but one was provided on asking. Reception staff are 5*. Food is excellent and the bar is very good again with fantastic staff. The pool, sauna, steam room etc is lovely to have and the gym is very well equipped. All in all as a family of mixed ages we had a really enjoyable stay and will return. Thanks

How close everything was to bring the kids off for the day and how there was a swimming pool which was great to go to with the kids in the evening. Food in hotel was also amazing. We went every day of our stay.
There wasn't anything we didnt like only wardrobes could of been more updated as in our room they were all scratched and marked and ceiling in bathroom could of done with a fresh paint but our stay at the hotel was amazing and these are only minor things.

Bar and restaurant were lovely, the staff in reception and the bar were extremely friendly and professional. Food at breakfast and dinner was gorgeous and very good value for money.
The policy regarding the age of children swimming unaccompanied by an adult needs to be better advertised and all staff should be aware of all policies.
Everything was great. The only flaw was that the room was not air conditioned and was quite hot due to the weather. We understand that the weather in Ireland does not usually get warm enough to need air conditioners, but during our stay, it definitely could have used them.
Other wise the staff were friendly, they upgraded us to a suite for our family and made our stay as comfortable as it could have been
