Important information:

Group T&Cs : When booking 3 rooms or more or reservation of over 5 nights , different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information. 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking.

A card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance.

A valid credit card or cash deposit is required to confirm a booking. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival and bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged upon booking. In the event of a no show or late cancellation, the hotel will charge the first night rate to the credit card used as guarantee. Should the card decline, we also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking.

All guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of arrival are considered No-Shows.
Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights.
If a guest arrives the following day, the booking may be reinstated at management discretion.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Lovely place, well located.
Pros:

Ease to find the place. The employees at the front desk were very helpful and polite. Large rooms comfortable beds. The use of the pool was a bonus.

I would certainly return here and will definitely recommend it!
Pros:

Comfortable all round.
Cool indoors on some very hot and humid days.
Excellent breakfast.
Friendly staff.
Close to a few shops and supermarkets .
A bus stop right at the door to get to Cork, Cobh and other places.

Cons:

In my accessible bathroom, the lighting was poor for putting on makeup, and there is no shelf at a level for people in wheelchairs to put their toiletries on, only one high above the toilet.
I’m not in a wheelchair, I just have bad knees, but it would be difficult for others.
Just a suggestion for improvement!

Someone added their bar charges to my room number.
The manager says it happens all the time!
Perhaps a better system to check at the bar to verify room numbers is needed?

And , many hotels state your room number out loud when you check in and are given your key.
Not a good safety practice when other people are listening.
Otherwise a really lovely hotel.

Pros:

Staff were absolutely exceptional( in particular check in staff couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Another thing I would add is there was a feeling of them genuinely looking to help

A wonderful room for a family
Pros:

Large family suite, blackout curtains, lovely decor, nice restaurant, friendly and helpful staff

Cons:

It’s a 30-minute drive from Cork. Some common spaces are in need of repair / paint.
