Important information:

Group T&Cs : When booking 3 rooms or more or reservation of over 5 nights , different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information. 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking.

A card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance.

A valid credit card or cash deposit is required to confirm a booking. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival and bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged upon booking. In the event of a no show or late cancellation, the hotel will charge the first night rate to the credit card used as guarantee. Should the card decline, we also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking.

All guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of arrival are considered No-Shows.
Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights.
If a guest arrives the following day, the booking may be reinstated at management discretion.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Good location, easy to walk to town and access to Midleton exit from main road. Lots of parking. Staff very helpful, check-in in particular and bar/restaurant. Comfortable room and bed, nice shower. Great value for money. Water refill stations in corridors are a great facility. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Accommodation staff came knocking quite early even though we were checking out that day and would not have expected housekeeping so we had not put up a 'do not disturb' sign. Accommodation staff quite loud on corridor, shouting to talk to each other etc.

Very clean , and nice staff, pub was fun the food was good!

Cons:

We had a lovely time at the property, the swimming pool was closed down the day before because of pipe burst , they gave us free 2 days of free breakfast,so that was nice of them

Pleasant stay but room needs an upgrade with the above problems rectified

Good size room and bed very comfortable.

Cons:

Room was cold on arrival with window left open which left the room cold overnight.
Had food and drinks in the bar which was also cold on the night of arriv
Shower control is broken (room 325) and we had to figure out how to adjust.
Shower curtain pole very badly fitted and was totally bent to fit
Also drain hole device not working and we had to remove to drain water from the bath.
On arriving back to the hotel on Saturday night our keycard would not work and had to go back down to reception to get this rectified. Staff member was not very friendly and I was questioned on my identity before he would activate the keycard.
