Important information:

Group T&Cs : When booking 3 rooms or more or reservation of over 5 nights , different policies will apply and the customer will be contacted by the hotel with more information. 10% Non-Refundable Deposit is to be paid within 5 days of the reservation date. The balance to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. If the above payment terms are not met , The hotel reserves the right to cancel of the booking.

A card will be required on check in for payment. If the card will not be present at check in then please contact the hotel to arrange payment in advance.

A valid credit card or cash deposit is required to confirm a booking. Credit cards will be charged 48 hours prior to arrival and bookings made less than 48 hours prior to arrival will be charged upon booking. In the event of a no show or late cancellation, the hotel will charge the first night rate to the credit card used as guarantee. Should the card decline, we also reserve the right to advise of this accordingly and request cancellation of the booking.

All guests who do not arrive on their scheduled date of arrival are considered No-Shows.
Once a room is released due to a no-show, there is no obligation to hold it for subsequent nights.
If a guest arrives the following day, the booking may be reinstated at management discretion.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Pros:

Beautiful decor and lovely welcome from Olivia at Reception. Our first time staying and reason for visit was to catch up with friends who live locally. We made use of the jacuzzi and sauna. Room was beautiful and so clean. We were rushing back home next morning but breakfast was delicious and staff very attentive . My only regret isn’t that I didn’t get to stay longer!

Pros:

Habitación confortable, desayuno muy aceptable, ubicación aceptable, personal amable, necesitábamos acercarnos al centro de la ciudad y nos pidieron un taxi con las plazas necesarias. Todo muy correcto.

Cons:

No tenemos ninguna queja, todo fue muy sencillo y el comportamiento del personal muy correcto.

Pros:

The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, couldn't do enough for us.
Loved the little fairy hunt for the kids and gorgeous food in the restaurant.

It was great but the children running around were a negative predominantly for safety reasons
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

We had one evening meal and there were children running around quite a bit. This was a bit of a nuisance but it was a major health and safety concern for the children, other patrons and staff who were carrying glasses, dishes and meals.

Very comfortable staff
Pros:

Decor, staff when we checked in was lovely, shower was clean and a great size, bed comfortable AND a fan!!! Kept us cool overnight!

Cons:

No fridge… why don’t hotels in Ireland have fridges? For small items like milk and drinks?

Loved it, wlll be back
Pros:

Close to centre of town , plenty of parking. Was prefect for our quick trip. Loved the sauna and steam room.

Cons:

No A/C it was incredibly hot. There was a fan provided but it wast great. Pillows too flat also. But these are minor quibbles
