Wearing of pool shoes and swim cap is compulsory at the pool area. You can purchase pool shoes at the Leisure center. Children are welcome until 18:30 each evening.
Children Policy: Children are welcome in all public areas until 21:00 in the evening.

Children under 4 years old sharing a room with adults are free on a B&B basis.
Children between 5 and 12 years sharing a room with adults are charged EUR 6.00 per night per child on a B&B basis.
Guests must present a valid credit card under their name on check in. Failing to do so would result in a refusal to provide accommodations, even if another form of payment is offered.
Children between 13 and 16 years sharing a room with adults are charged EUR 10 per night per child on a B&B basis.

I recently stayed at your hotel and, overall, had a very enjoyable experience. The suite was beautiful, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff I encountered during my stay were very welcoming and helpful. I also visited the leisure facilities the following morning and found the overall standard of the hotel to be excellent. I would certainly consider returning again.
However, I wanted to provide some feedback regarding the reservation process prior to my stay, as the experience left me somewhat confused and disappointed.
When I first called the hotel to enquire about booking a suite under the Steakhouse Package advertised on your website (priced at €368 including breakfast and a three-course meal), I was initially informed that a suite was available. During the conversation, I asked whether it would be possible to use a €200 Go Anywhere voucher toward the booking and pay the remaining balance with my credit card. I would like to emphasise that I was simply asking whether this option was possible—I was not insisting on using the voucher.
Shortly after raising this question, I was told that the suites were no longer available and that the website had not yet been updated to reflect this. Naturally, this was disappointing.
After the call ended, I decided to check the website again and, to my surprise, I was able to book the exact same suite online using my credit card and received a booking reference immediately.
About half an hour later, I called the hotel again to confirm the reservation and spoke with a team member named Megan. She was extremely helpful and confirmed that my booking was in the system and there were no issues with it. I did not raise the earlier conversation at that time because I did not want the situation to impact or potentially complicate my stay.
However, this experience did leave me with a few questions. Specifically, I would appreciate clarification on whether the Go Anywhere voucher is accepted by the hotel. If the hotel no longer works with this provider, that is completely understandable. However, if that is the case, it might be worth reviewing whether the hotel is still advertised through that platform to avoid confusion for future customers.
My concern stems from the fact that I was initially told no suites were available shortly after asking about the voucher, yet I was able to successfully book one online immediately afterward. It gave the impression that the availability changed once the voucher was mentioned, which understandably created some confusion.
Separately, I would also like to provide some constructive feedback regarding the Steakhouse Package. The package description states that it includes a three-course meal, but it appears this is actually capped at €90 for two people. While the matter was resolved during our stay, I do believe it would be helpful for future guests if this was clearly stated in the offer description to avoid any misunderstanding.
To reiterate, aside from the reservation confusion, our stay itself was very enjoyable and we had a lovely experience overall. My intention in writing is simply to highlight the issue so that it can be reviewed and potentially improved for future guests.

The staff were fantastic, so helpful and so lovely! The food was alsp delicious!
Great hotel, my only issue is if you get evening meals included you get a more limited menu in the restaurant which does not seem to change. I would prefer if the whole menu was included.

Check in was fine, no issue. Rooms were nice as you'd expect it was clean.
I wouldn't say this hotel is a 4 star more like a 3 star hotel.
The pool was lovely with great features.
We stayed in the 3rd floor in a double and single room. Unfortunately there was no sleep as there was music until 02:30 am, trains passing which were right outside the window and beeping the horn every time it passed through the station last thing at night and very early in the morning. To top it off, the fire alarm went off twice at 04:00am.
No comment from the staff on check out, she wasn't the most pleasant, to be honest she didn't look like she wanted the hassle.
If you are looking for a restful night I would pick any other hotel.

Lovely staff lovely food and drinks lovely bedrooms l was there with the leixlip arch club and portmarnock arch club l really enjoyed the stay in this hotel the breakfast was very nice too l didn’t get down to the swimming pool but it looks lovely in photos

What a wonderful experience for my boyfriends birthday midlands park Hotel left us a lovely birthday surprise in our suite 😊 we had an amazing experience in kellys steakhouse partnership of the hotel we will definitely be back 10/10 Hotel and food was fab highly recommend and much appreciated 👏
