Decent price, clean and spacious rooms, and close to metro stop
Pros:

Hotel was a short walk from the nearest metro line. It was also a close taxi ride from the airport. In general, we booked the hotel due to high prices that weekend and needed something west of the city as we were going to Arganda del Rey for a concert. Room was spacious with good lighting.

Cons:

In general, far from the city despite having a nearby metro stop. Bathroom toilet didn't flush. Still kind of expensive for how far it was from the city.

Decent stay but hardly recommend unless you sleep as a baby anywhere (too noisy)
Pros:

The location is quite good, with convenient access to both the metro and the airport. The room was also very spacious.
However, despite some reviews mentioning that the hotel is far from the city center, and thanks to this it is quite - it was not really the case. The rooms are not soundproof at all, and you can literally hear everything happening around you.
The breakfast was decent. There was not a huge selection, but there were enough options and combinations to suit different tastes.
The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
The hotel has much better potential, but it would benefit significantly from a renovation, as the facilities are clearly outdated.

Cons:

As mentioned, the rooms are not soundproof at all. The walls seem to be made of paper. I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including people taking showers, using the bathroom, talking, and moving around.
The noise from the corridors was equally disruptive. Every time someone used the elevator or rolled a suitcase across the stone floor, it was clearly audible in the room. As a result, I struggled to sleep throughout my stay and felt exhausted every day.
There is no proper air conditioning. Although there is a unit installed in the room, it appears to be very old and ineffective.
On top of that, there was a major event taking place in Madrid during my stay, which significantly increased hotel prices. Given the quality of the facilities and overall experience, I found the room rate to be unreasonably high and poor value for money.
