Other than ongoing cigarette smoking it would have been perfect!

Our stay was fair.

The price was good.

Cons:

There was a cockroach problem at the property. Upon entering our room, there was a large, dead cockroach on the floor. I immediately got the dead cockroach up. Then, we found bugs in both of our beds. To make matters worse, there were live cockroaches, just outside the doors of the other rooms, attempting to get in. And there were several large bird nests that had been formed on several areas on the outside, with much bird poop, all over those areas.

Better than expected, but honestly had low expectations going in. A good basic overnight hotel...
Pros:

Staff at check-in was accommodating and suggested a very good restaurant within walking distance. Check out was not the same story, dismissive is the attitude of choice. Breakfast coffee was brutal, poured it down the drain. Breakfast offerings were minimal...

Great stay
Pros:

I’m not sure what all the fuss is about with the negative posts, because I had a great experience here. I came in expecting the worst after reading the reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised.
I was greeted warmly upon arrival, the lobby was very clean, and the dining area had everything needed for breakfast with a great variety of options. The dining room itself was also very clean, and my bedroom was just as impressive—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Keep up the good work! Don’t let negative reviews stop you from staying here—give it a chance, and you won’t be disappointed.
