Pros:

Le confort, des meubles authentiques, l’espace dans la chambre, la propreté, le personnel, le calme, les restaurants à côté !

Cons:

Le fait que le parking coûte 14 dollars par jour, et que l’heure du check-in n’est pas avant 14h30.

Pros:

The size of the suite was perfect as well as having a full kitchen was amazing. The design was also retro and cozy

Cons:

I didn't like how the blinds didn't black out the room. There was a lot of light. Also, the bed was a queen instead of a king, but that's minor. I just happen to be a taller guy.

Really unplaisant expérience.

Confortable bed

Cons:

I booked one room through Booking.com, but due to an error, the reservation was sent to the hotel as two rooms. I would never have booked two rooms just for my husband and me. The hotel refused to refund the extra room or allow us to use it on another date. Booking.com also failed to respond to my complaint. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. The hotel manager was rude and unwilling to communicate.

Nice location, unacceptable service.
Pros:

The location is close to the sea shore. There are many restaurants around (with diverse price ranges) and it's close enough from the touristic places of Toronto.

Cons:

There is no service available (breakfast, etc.).
The housekeeping was unacceptable :
- we were 4, had 2 towels in the room, asked for 2 more, got 3 towels total the next day.
- our little one had a "nightly accident" - we asked the bed sheets to be changed : not only was it not done, when we mentioned it to the desk we were given sheets and were required to change them ourselves.
- there are coffee cups, unfortunately they were not replaced the second day
- when we came back from our visit, the door was open (had not been closed by the staff)
- when we had to leave we mentioned all of this to the desk director. She promised to talk to the housekeeping company, to her management for compensation and contact us back. One month later, we still have no news.

If we were in the Toronto area, we would stay here again.
Pros:

Easy check in and check out process. Font desk staff were pleasant and courteous.
The room was larger than anticipated, and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean and quiet.

Cons:

The room and hotel decor definitely need a redo as it is quite dated. Note, the bathtub is very deep and anyone with mobility issues or walking balance/issues would definitely have trouble getting into the tub/shower. They definitely need handrails. (Perhaps some of the other rooms have this, I am just commenting on the room we stayed in.)

A very enjoyable day in Port Credit with the hotel close to everything.
Pros:

Excellent location, close to water, parks, restaurants, very walkable. Elegant decor with a touch of charisma from old times.
Great to escape from the city, Go train can take you from Union Station to Port Credit directly for only half an hour and 10 minutes walk to the hotel, stress free.

Cons:

Need some tricks to turn on the shower even instructions on the tiles, not user friendly at all, imagine turning on water first before pull out the bottom part!
Super noisy at night caused by cars just next to the room!
Air conditioning is also very loud, have to turn it off.
Found out when checked in that king suites located only on second and third floor, didn’t ask if higher floors are those equipped with kitchens which some travellers might not need, but got stuck only in the lower floors.

Cons:

The scheme the hotel uses of charging for parking only when customers use booking.com we find very deceptive and unacceptable. We have stayed here many years without paying for parking. When booking.com website shows the final total price, it is not true.

I have stayed there three times and plan on coming back
Pros:

Two bedroom apartment with kitchen living room is quiet

Cons:

The location is excellent. You can catch the go train at Port credit station. only a five minute walk
There are so many restaurants around there as well

I stayed at this hotel a number of times one night I came back with my nephew and was ambushed with a party what was held there full of Chinese because I made a compliment to a lady they were going to absolutely kill us we had to hide in reception in the office it was very frightening I receive no refund or apology disgusting very very frightened
