De ligging en het uitzicht vanaf het balkon
Suite was spacious and kitchen facilities were sufficient. Complement of cookware was variable: we stayed in the same room for two stays, 4 days apart; on the second stay, the kitchen was missing cookware like pots and pans.
Our suite had a reasonably modern (but slightly mouldy) washer-dryer which was convenient for our longer stay.
Location was convenient for the Port Credit GO Train station.
Staff handled the catastrophic toilet failure (see next section) as well as they could and given what rooms were available. At 2am, they had no free rooms so put us up in a room that had been made up but had no window coverings. It wasn't ideal but at least it was a bed to sleep in.
Extremely worn and tired decor, appliances and sanitaryware. The bathroom sanitaryware was so old we experienced a catastrophic plumbing failure. The toilet cistern would not stop filling and the water overflowed the toilet bowl and spilled onto the floor, escaping the bathroom and into the rest of the suite. I had to open the lid of the cistern and manually lift the ballcock to stop the flooding. After that, I found and closed the valve that feeds the cistern tank.
Most of the appliances within the suite were extremely old. The kitchen appliances functioned however the hairdryer had a nonfunctioning on/off switch. The hairdryer would turn on as soon as it was plugged in and its switch did nothing. On our first stay, after we reported the faulty hairdryer they delivered another hairdryer (which was extremely basic) and left the faulty one. When we checked in for our second stay, which by chance was in the same room, the functioning hairdryer had been removed and leaving only the same faulty hairdryer.
Great location
Noisy on street
Location was good, free parking was a bonus. Room was clean and bed was comfy.
Room location was on the town side, so the noise at night was constant. The local bars were ok, but the racing cars were unbearable.
I like staying there, close to everything
I was put in a room where there are current renovations happening. No black out curtains. Was completely bright by 5am. Also the door frame , from the outside door you can see inside the room. Very creepy
Very nice location, Staff were very friendly, lots of restaurants near by. We walked to the Go Station and went to the ball game. Our Room was very clean. The view of the harbour was so nice, we could see the CN Tower as well. Would like to come back when weather is a little nicer to see all the boats and go for a nice walk.
Mooie kamer
Het was erg luid, er was veel verkeer en mensen wat je in de kamer kan horen. Ook was het erg warm en de airco heel luid. Daarnaast waren er alleen dunne gordijnen waardoor het niet echt donker bleef.
Location is really nice.
Very dated. Air conditioning not great only cools the main room, not the bedrooms. Toilet ran.
Nice penthouse with marvelous view and a balcony. Trains to Toronto nearby. Nice restaurants just around the corner
The staff could cooperate more while preparing invoices.
Great location lovely view with easy access to restaurants etc
N/A
The location was great and the layout of the rooms was good. It was good having kitchen facilities.
Was surprised by the construction work on the balconies although it wasn’t too disturbing.
Not much to shout about im afraid
No bar, no restaurant
A very functional unit for 2 couples visiting the Cottage Life Show. Our two bedroom suite was perfect for us and we really liked the view.
Our rooms were very hot though and we had no way to turn down the heat. It would be great if that had have been an option.
Too hot.
Nice location, close to bars, restaurants and lakeside park
A bit outdated, missed good breakfast facilities
