Que me abrieron mi carro en el parking y me robaron
On arrival, the first thing I noted was the classy at common decor. And the cleanliness of the entryway. You can immediately tell that the people who work here care about this hotel. The customer service was phenomenal. In the last two weeks, I’ve stayed at several hotels, but the customer service at this one by far exceeded all expectations.
Melissa was friendly, kind, had a smile on her face and a greeting for everyone. She was communicative, conversant, and even laughed at other customers jokes and shared in their humor. She was prompted efficient and willing to explain processes in a way that they are simple to understand. I definitely appreciate her.
The room not only looked clean, but it smelled clean. The linen was fresh and the room was dust free! The Keurig is definitely a nice touch because I needed the coffee when I arrived. This has been a five star experience, and I’ll definitely make this my primary hotel of choice whenever I’m in the San Leandro area.

Melissa at the front desk is amazing! She always recognizes me when I visit and attends to my needs . I also have observed her giving excellent service to other guests as well. What a gift she is to this hotel!
The no parking fee because before they used to charge and people cars where getting broken into. My fav thing in here is the pool services.
The shower head pressure was horrible and the breakfast was waste of my money.
After a long day I was greeted by Velonika upon checking in. She was so welcoming and very professional. She helped accommodate everything I needed. Give her a raise! I will definitely be coming back. Thank you!

It was close to our location of where we needed to go.
The maids don’t speak English, never came to the room to clean once or restock towels and toilet paper I had to call for that. The phone in the room didn’t work, it was so uncomfortable and just basic the pool got the kids sick there was way too much chlorine. Ghetto area of town and just won’t be staying here again or recommending it to anyone and we go out that way a lot
