Beautiful room with sitting area, breakfast buffet was served early (starting at 7am), tea kettle provided in room and close to restaurant and Camino.

Pros:

Although it was a bit above my budget, it was a lovely place overall - clean, modern, elevator, and close to the main street where I ate dinner. A very pretty town.

Cons:

I didn’t do my research on the town, but I was surprised and disappointed to learn there are NO castles in Triacastela! 😂 They were destroyed as far back as the 10th century.

The room was comfortable.

Cons:

They don’t have physical staff in the property to receive you at night and she we got there it took us like 45 minutes to register our room and to let us check in. It was very unpleasant. And we wanted more blankets at night and since they don’t have physical staff in the property at night we couldn’t ask for more blankets. And another thing: they don’t have a laundry like they say in the amenities of the hotel when you book.

Уютный, чистый номер. Комфортная кухня, вкусный завтрак.

Cons:

Не комфортно при заселении когда нет персонала на стойке ресепшен. Звонила снаружи отеля, долго ждала пока мне откроют дверь, потом долго ждала пока ответит онлаин диспетчер. Долго не могла понять где мой номер и где ключи от номера.

Sehr schönes Hotel, sauber und freundlich.

Cons:

Ich habe meinen Handystecker vergessen und gebeten, ihn per Nachname an meine Heimatadresse zu schicken. Leider funktionierte das nicht!
