The hotel is very clean and nicely laid out. The gentlemen who checked me out of my room was very nice, welcoming and even used my name! There is a restaurant in the hotel which is very convenient.
The mattress was pretty rough, seemed very old. The shower curtain liner was yellow and probably needs replaced. The staff was mostly friendly except for the curt woman at the desk I saw in the evening. The Wifi required me to create a Bonvoy account but it still wouldn't let me log in. Had to call the front desk for an access code and it took them awhile to answer the phone.
Everything was great. From the check-in to check-out. I only used the small breakfast counter. Not the full breakfast area.
The weather!
The room was not very clean
Stayed here for a wedding. We did arrive early and did get a room with some moving rooms around which was appreciated. The issue was with the room. It was clean and roomy and the bed was comfortable but there was a very strong perfume deodorizing scent noted in the room that we could not get used to or get rid of. It was very off putting. The AC never did work right despite maintenance checking on it. We slept very warm. I heard the complaint from several other wedding guests who stayed there. Would pass on this hotel in the future.

Two weddings were going on so it was impossible to get a meal when we arrived in the bar. It was packed.
The room we booked was on the executive floor so we had access to the exec lounge. Breakfast and dinner was available from there along with coffee and soft drinks all day long.
Somehow we got lost getting here. Our sat nav did not find the location. Check your destination closely if you’re using a sat nav as the zip code takes you elsewhere.
Didnt like that housekeeping came into the room while there was a "Do not disturb" sign on the door

Very nice hotel in Cranberry Township north of Pittsburgh. I’ve stayed here before and have always had excellent service and accommodation.
I brought my mom and dad and originally asked for a 2 queen bed room but then asked for a handicap room for my mom.. ended up with a king. 3 in one bed did not work out. I got a cot, worked much better. Upon arrival, the refrigerator was warm. And no microwave. The hand held shower did not work so I was unable to help my mom shower. Only the overhead shower worked. Asked about it the next morning as well as fixing rhe fridge and asking for a microwave. Dad took a shower and I noticed A LOT of water in the foyer that leaked from the shower (level floor for wheelchair use) so beware of that or put a lot of towels down near the bathroom door. The upper shower head faces the door instead of thw other way around. Poorly designed. Other than that, our stay was great. The room was comfortable and the staff was great and very accommodating to our needs.

The stay was great, from the time I checked in the front desk person was amazing and informative. When I went for breakfast everyone there was ready to help and made breakfast quick and easy.

I traveled to the area for a conference and the woman that helped me check in was the nicest person, explained to me where everything was and didn’t rush, even though there was a line starting to form. The room was excellent, pool looked great but didn’t get to enjoy that!
