A comfortable joy
Pros:

Loved the style and location and space. Beautiful design and so comfortable room .. great shower … and all the staff so friendly and welcoming. Breakfasts outstanding…
Would not think of looking for another hotel if I return to Montreal

Cons:

There is a night club near by which is noisy when the clients leave .. but the noise period is not long and the comfortable beds and spacious room make a little noise quite acceptable

Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment magnifique dans cet hôtel. Toute l’équipe est d’une gentillesse incroyable, toujours souriante, attentionnée et prête à aider. On sent un vrai plaisir à accueillir les clients et cela fait toute la différence.

Le professionnalisme est irréprochable, mais ce qui nous a le plus touchés, c’est la chaleur humaine et l’atmosphère familiale. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous du début à la fin.

Un immense merci à tout le personnel pour ces beaux moments. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés.

A wonderful, comfortable stay for our family with a spacious suite, welcoming staff, and a great location that’s walkabl
Pros:

Excellent stay. We booked the corner suite, which was very spacious, bright, and comfortable with lots of natural light. A crib was provided as requested for our toddler, and the check-in process was smooth. The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also great, with generous portions that we really enjoyed. The location was also excellent, within walking distance to many restaurants and cafés while being slightly quieter than the busier areas.

Cons:

The suite faces the street, so there can be occasional noise, such as a garbage truck passing by, although it did not wake our toddler. There is also a short set of stairs to reach reception, but the staff were very helpful with bringing our luggage up, which we appreciated.

Great hotel in old Montreal on a quiet street close to Square Victoria and Metro and only short walk to Place d’Youville
Pros:

Modern designed interiors with some original elements, expansive and well designed room, very comfortable bed, excellent breakfasts, very friendly staff.
Not located in busier areas of Old Montreal yet only a short walk away. Quiet at night.
Conveniently close to Square Victoria and Metro.
We walked easily from the Gare Central to the hotel with our small luggage.

Cons:

Only negative was the small gym with very basic equipment only

Gorgeous stay in Old Montreal
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful, modern whilst maintaining a high level of comfort and coziness. Worth the cost, which I can't say about many other hotels at the same price points

Would have been excellent if their kitchen bought a carton of Soy Milk!
Pros:

Comfortable. Excellent location. Clean. Simple. New. Well-equipped. All in all sweet.

Cons:

The restaurant doesn't have soy milk! If you drink your coffee with soy milk, then you are - like me - going to be annoyed every morning.

While the restaurant staff were very good, I unfortunately did not enjoy my stay here.

Cons:

There are many misleading details to watch out for, especially regarding breakfast; you have to read the fine print carefully, or you will be charged extra fees. Obtaining a correct invoice was also a terrible and unnecessarily difficult process. Furthermore, the hotel requires a deposit, which made me feel untrusted and is not a practice I expect. Overall, these frustrations overshadowed the positive aspects of the stay.
