Localisation

Cons:

Personnel incompétent qui vous laisse attendre 4 heures et demis pour le Check in en vous assurant que votre chambre est nettoyée en priorité.
Chambre vieillotte
Le personnel ne veux pas ouvrir de nouvelle bouteille pour le vin au verre alors que la date d ouverture était entre 10 jours et 25 jours !
Petit déjeuner ok mais il faut attendre 20 minutes pour être servis et u café latte est en supplément

Staff make an already incredible hotel phenomenal
Pros:

Stunning property in an excellent location, near many delicious restaurants, close to the harbor and Notre Dame, and multiple public transportation options while still being in a quieter corner of a busy part of the city; in addition to the location and beauty of the property itself, some of the most amazing hotel staff I have ever had the pleasure of engaging with, they truly made my stay impeccable from beginning to end

Ruhiges Hotel in der Altstadt Montreals

gutes Frühstück, gute Lage, freundliches Personal

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Eckloft gebucht, das Zimmer hatte aber nur ein Fenster zu einem Innenhof.
Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht regulieren oder abschalten. Es gab ständig Zugluft aus der Decke besonders im Bereich der Betten.
Durch den Genius-Rabatt war das Frühstück inkludiert, man muss aber trotzdem Steuern, Servicegebühr und natürlich freundlicherweise Tip zahlen.
Das Zimmer war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es fehlen aber ein richtiger Schrank und Regal. Wir haben die 5 Tage im Prinzip aus dem Koffer gelebt.

The location was good, but the room left much to be desired.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the location was good.

Cons:

The room was very large with very little furnishing. The shower was terrible. It had no pressure and it was weak. The hotel was recently renovated but lack outlets. We had to plug in our phones on the ground. Also, there was not enough light to do anything in the room. Additionally, the cleaning crew came into our room when we just went out for coffee and my wallet and electronics were out. I did not hang up the sign that said I was ready for the room to be clean.

Not great management
Pros:

Good location in Old Montreal.

Cons:

We were there early July during heat wave. There was no noticeable A/C in rooms, opening windows didn’t help.Also terribly hot in lobby( to add insult to injury there was a fake fireplace glowing) But worse was that they ran out of fans! We kept asking reception & they just looked at us blankly.This is a boutique “luxury” hotel??? Slept with wet head & cold wash cloth until the very nice house keeping manager found a fan after a couple days. Really?buy some fans hotel Gault, for the high price you charge! Surely there are better options nearby.

המלון נקי, הצוות מקסים, החדר נוח ומרווח. ארוחת הבוקר מצוינת והצוות מאוד גמיש ומוכן לסדר ארוחת בוקר מותאמת לילדים למרות שלא מופיעה בתפריט. המיקום נהדר.

Cons:

חסרה תאורה בחדר, בעיקר בחדר הרחצה. הוילונות לא נסגרים עד הסוף ונכנס לחדר אור מוקדם בבוקר.

Would not recommend if you are staying in the summer, AC did not work throughout the entire hotel.

Fantastic Hotel
Pros:

We loved our stay at Hotel Gault. The breakfast was delicious. The location is prime in Old Montreal, with close access to the Metro, RESO underground, Bixi bikes, and the waterfront. Our room had a lovely balcony with a table in the sun.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

Amazing staff and great location
Pros:

The location was great. The staff was amazing. Charlotte went out of her way to help us including making dinner reservations for us and tour bus reservations.

Cons:

Our room looked very avant garde when you walked in but it wasn’t comfortable. The seating was uncomfortable. The bed was low and hard to get in and out of and the bathroom was awkward. Maybe okay for younger people.
