It was comfortable, except for the bed.
Pros:

The area around this hotel was amazing. Love the town. The flowers were gorgeous!

Cons:

The bed was super hard and when we were trying to check in the lady was on the phone for about 10 minutes with no acknowledgement to us.

Comfortable, worry free stay.
Pros:

This hotel was in a really nice and safe part of town. Very friendly staff and comfortable room. The free breakfast was great. The hotel was bustling as it was thanksgiving weekend, but they still accommodated me by putting me on the first floor per request. Lots of space to walk my dog. Thanks!

Cons:

It was more expensive than other hotels I booked on my trip, though it was a holiday weekend.

While I understand that everyone can have an off day, I believe additional training on professionalism and customer service would be beneficial - particularly around maintaining appropriate conversations and demeanor when interacting with guests.
