Misrepresentation of location and poor service
Pros:

What was shown in the location of the hotel is Velha Goa near to the old churches etc but actual location is near to Mendram Beach; was told 35 km away from Panjim where I got off bus thinking I am staying at Old City. Took motorbike one and half hours to get there and one hour to get back to board bus after I checked out. Due to the above requested transport on day of check out (decided to check out one day early because hotel bad condition, location so far away so exorbitant charges to go anywhere and staff always say they off duty so nothing gets done) and the day before was informed no bike available. No drinking water in the room. No daily housekeeping as stated in booking. When ask they say I did not request or hang key on the wall at Reception which is always empty. TV not working throughout stay and anything you ask they say they off duty so nothing gets done. NEVER AGAIN and what a con regrading location of hotel.
