Pros:

Chambre propre, personnel sympathique.

Cons:

Malheureusement, la réservation Booking n'a pas abouti en raison d'un changement de raison sociale de l'hôtel. Nous avons dû payer de nouveau une chambre sur place. Le litige a été résolu ensuite avec Booking.

Got in at 2:30 am Staff was at desk and courteous. Heat in room worked very well.

Easy to get to from freeway

Cons:

Elevator was unavailable (told it was out of service). Bathroom was clean but sink area a bit rundown

Pros:

Staff that night was professional and pleasant. There's usually this lady running around slamming doors and yelling out things i don't think the guest to here. The women is need of reality

Good location not worth the money
Pros:

The location and the beds were okay

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was horrible I could not even shower it was so low and it came out so slow. My husband did manage to take a quick 10minute shower but the water was hot. This is ridiculous not worth the money to stay here I had to leave early and was very tired from driving all day I would have spoken to the manager and requested my refund for this inconvenience.
