Falta de atención al cliente
Cons:

Reservé una habitación con aire acondicionado específicamente por la ola de calor, pero no funcionaba. Tras avisar a la responsable la primera noche por WhatsApp, su única respuesta fue que se lo diría a su marido. Pasamos el día fuera pensando que lo solucionarían, pero la segunda noche el problema continuaba y volvimos a dormir fatal. Al marcharnos, les escribí para informarles de que seguía roto y, a día de hoy, sigo sin recibir respuesta. Lo mínimo es informar al cliente y buscar una solución. Un suspenso rotundo para la gestión de este hotel.

Tiene una zona común para cocinar con microondas y nevera

Cons:

La habitación era un bajo, el baño era un poco estrecho y la persiana no se abría del todo y me di un par de golpes, también podría ser un poco más barato si vas solo como yo.. pero en general está muy bien.
