Clean spacious convenient
The One receptionist was over-loaded but helped each person fully, according to their needs. She made sure to apologize to others in line for the inconvenience. I gave her 5 stars for her customer service.
It was nice. Me and the gal are from out of state and we thought it was a very safe and clean hotel/ area. All sorts of shopping and food nearby.
Thought I paid all the taxes and fees when I made the reservation but when I got there I found out there was a "parking fee". I don't know why because it is like every other hotel with it's own parking lot. Why not do like Vegas and call it a resort fee. That seems to be working out great for them. And you wonder why tourism is down?
Excellent location. Loved that we could walk in the area.
Everything is good
We usually love Marriott and are members BUT…
- $10 added parking fees daily without us knowing
-Reserved a 2 bedroom- front desk said it was unavailable and we had to take the 1 bedroom
-T.V. Did not work in room-and was not fixed during our stay
-pretty sure the mattress was used and found behind the nearby 7/11….in other words…the mattress was terrible!!
We were visiting my parents who are in assisted-living close by and needed a pet friendly large room for all of us to gather together.
We were very happy with our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Na
This would have been a 5 star for me but somehow someone missed cleaning up a bra In the bathroom. Otherwise, clean and modern!
A very nice hotel
Close to Air Force Academy
Poor selection with Breakfast
The hotel is in an excellent location on the the North side of Colorado Springs. The staff was nice and the kitchen in the suite was stocked with everything we needed. The room was clean which really is one of the most important things to us. Also, for being a suite with full kitchen it was a good deal.
The walls are TOO THIN. We heard the person in the suite next to us SNORING when we went to bed. The rooms apparently are set up to share the wall with headboards on each side. We couldn't even keep the fan running to help drown his snoring a bit because the air wasn't kicking on when it should never mind have the fan run. Also, the dishwasher is very, very loud- don't run it while trying to watch TV or sleep. Lastly, toilet kept 'running' so had to jiggle the handle a lot each time to get it to stop.
I thought this hotel was ok. The room was large with a nice sitting area and full kitchen (no oven). The ice maker was noisy and had to be turned off at night. The bed was pretty comfortable. My 2 main complaints- my room definitely needed some maintenance. There were scuff marks on the door and it just felt like they haven’t kept up with their maintenance schedule. The other complaint is that you have to pay for parking. It appears that there is plenty of parking and I know that other hotels in the area do not charge for parking. I certainly understand a charge in a major city, but in this area, it seems ridiculous. I would still consider staying here again in the future.
Fantastic service as we needed an early checkin and later departure. Very accommodating staff. Nice place and great breakfast included.
Clean, friendly staff, nice room. Downfall was next to elevators and many people stomping above us and walking down the halls. Otherwise very nice
