A Pleasant Night at SureStay Hotel
Pros:

My husband and I checked in about 10:30 pm.
We were greeted promptly by a friendly young man who processed us quickly and efficiently, making pleasant smalltalk.
The room was adequate in size and thr AC was on.
I loved the ventilation system! Not noisy, but kept the room a comfortable temperature all night.
The bathroom had instantly hot water, better than at home.
We also liked a nightlight of sorts that came on when the room was dark- easily guiding us to the bathroom in the middle of the night.
The room was basic but quite clean.
The property was well-maintained and the area felt safe.
The TV was great and we could easily watch the news on YouTube.
The area was quiet as well.

Cons:

We both found the bed quite firm, but we slept.well.
There were four pillows, but they were quite small and very flat.
The breakfast was extremely basic.
Didn't try the coffee (went to Tims:) but I had orange juice plus cereal mixed with a container of yogurt plus a "pat" of peanut butter, for protein.

I would stay there again.
Pros:

Clean room, comfortable bed, nice continental breakfast

Cons:

The bathroom was a little aged (some paint chips, for example), but clean nevertheless.

Séjour acceptable, Motel bien situé, propre, mais besoin d'améliorations.
Cons:

La machine à café dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Il n'y avait pas de serviettes à main, ni de débarbouillettes. Le petit-déjeuner était minimaliste. Le Best Western Fireside Inn à Kingston était légèrement moins cher et d'une qualité nettement supérieure ++

All in all a good place to stay, clean and comfortable bed.
Pros:

Nice and quiet on the side units facing out

Cons:

-Bath towel had multiple dirt stains on one side.
-Shower gel has too much argan oil - it left a slippery film on my skin which I couldn’t get off.

Pros:

The price & was clean.

Cons:

The receptionist on the Sunday of my check out knocking on my door 15 minutes before check out looking me up and down reminding me it's check out at 11am. It was the 2nd of 2 nights I've booked. So uncalled for.

Pros:

Quiet motel, just outside Kemptville, lovely room, well appointed. Nice big bathroom. Staff were friendly, breakfast was continental and nice.

Pros:

Although solo room had a surprise and other family members staying we discovered and we all enjoyed ourselves so much and thanks so very much to Sid, out front desk and all around employee who was professional friendly and most hard working and dedicated people I have met, many thanks for making a stay in a new place, are so welcoming! Rooms were very clean and newly decorated seems they are making updates all the time to the guest experience with a good Continental breakfast and plenty of parking near rooms. Shopping/dining within minutes! of this hotel made it so convenient.
