The rooms are surprisingly nice compared to the outside conditions. It is overpriced but is the only motel in Kemptville so leaves little choice. I was not pleased with having to pay a $300 security deposit.

We were somewhat disappointed in the exterior condition of the facility. The roof almost appeared ready to cave in. There were a number of people just hanging around the entrance which made us nervous. Once we were inside I felt a little more comfortable, but I was worried about my vehicleall night.

Very clean nice staff great place for an overnight stay

Hotel needs a bit of work but overall clean and not bad for a stopover. The room was too small for the king size bed that they put in it with all the furniture. Laundry machine dial was broken so only small setting was available. We booked online on a phone in the car when it was pouring rain and just wanted to grab the first room available. I did not notice it was just one king size bed. I asked to change to 2 doubles, which were available (I was willing to pay extra), but agent refused claiming since I booked through Hotels.com, I had to go through the site to change anything. Hotels change my room all the time, this was nonsense. Then agent did not want to let us put 3 people in the king room (the third was a child), but finally gave in when I was going to call hotels.com to sort this out. I know I made a mistake, but it was pouring rain, we were soaked from camping (in a tent) a bit of empathy for the mistake and helpfulness is what good hotel service should be.

Really enjoyed my stay. I have dogs and really like that there was no rugs for the floors!

I was pleasantly surprised by our stay here. The cost was reasonable. The place was clean. And the staff was very nice. It is a basic, nice place to stay and sometimes that is all you need. Anything we asked of the staff was done quickly and they were very pleasant. The free breakfast is limited but if you are hungry in the morning or need coffee...there it is. Over all very pleased with our three night stay.

This is a very nice little hotel that is very well kept. If you’re looking for something that’s pet friendly it’s ideal as you have access to the outside Of the room, most of the rooms. Was very well kept and clean and breakfast was quite nice very good value for the money

The bathroom was very clean but cracked sink that had been repaired. Bed was clean and comfortable. Place was dated but worked for us!
