vue sympa, transat possible face à la crique, proche ciutadella

Cons:

le bruit des portes qui claquent constamment. Il faudrait mettre en place un nouveau mécanisme car c'est insupportable et réveil plusieurs fois

Tiszta, kellemes, rendkívüli környezet, udvarias kiszolgálás, jó ár/értékarány. Szívesen ajánlom.
Pros:

Rendkívül kényelmes, igényes szálloda, kristálytiszta tengervizes medencékkel, (a vizet 2 naponta cserélték a medencékben) rengeteg napággyal csodaszép környezetben. A medencéknél mozgáskorlátozottakat segítő berendezés is található. Az ellátás minden igényt kielégítő. A személyzet minden tagja rendkívül segítőkész, mosolygós, barátságos. Az igénybevehető szolgáltatások rendkívül rugalmasan működnek. A szálloda előtti autóbusz megálló rendkívül kényelmessé tette más települések/öblök felkeresését is. A közelben vásárlási, de akár étkezési lehetőség is adott és hosszabb sétáknak vagy akár túráknak is jó kiindulási pontja lehet,

Cons:

Érkezéskor nagyon zajos, (egész nap működő motorok feletti részen elhelyezkedő) tengerre néző szobát kaptunk, de ezt másnap kérésünkre szó nélkül cserélték. Nekünk hiányzott a strandtörölköző igénybevételének lehetősége ill. az, hogy a más szállodákban megszokottaktól eltérően nem volt napi törölközőcsere, ami azért is jó lett volna, mert magas páratartalom miatt nem igazán száradtak a törölközők. Azt nem tudtuk megállapítani, hogy ez szállodai általános "jelenség" vagy csak a folyósót ellátó személyzet feledékenységének volt köszönhető.

Precio elevado para un Todo Incluido en el que NO está todo inlcuido

La amabilidad y atencion del personal

Cons:

Varias cosas:
-Es el primer Todo Incluido que estoy que NO está todo incluido, una carta muy pobre de cocteles y otras bebidas incluidas, muchas de ellas ya preparadas de garrafon.
-Los ascensores (por lo menos el funcionamiento) son de hace 3 generaciones, habia momentos que podiamos pasar esperando que llegara el ascensor 5 minutos (de reloj).
-El buffet libre es bastante limitado, son 3 estaciones iguales con muy poca variedad y eso no es lo peor, los horarios son ajustadisimos (2h y media) y 20/30 minutos antes de que acabe el horario ya ves como el personal empieza a recoger los puestos de comida, me parecía de risa.

Très bonne emplacement mais je le déconseille pour île comme Minorque. L’hôtel n’a pas le charme et l’authenticité de l’
Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal quand on a pas de voiture. Un bus juste au pied de l’hôtel et il est très facile de se déplacer dans l’île.
L’hôtel est juste au bord d’une magnifique crique , c’est très agréable.
Le personnel est très gentil mais débordé et à peu de manœuvre pour réellement satisfaire le client.
Hôtel propre.

Cons:

Malgré toute la gentillesse du personnel, nous n’avons pas été très bien accueilli , beaucoup d’informations utiles ne nous ont pas pas été transmises dès notre arrivée. Nous obligeant à solliciter plusieurs fois le personnel.
Il y a de gros problème d’odeur d’égout au niveau de la SDB, mentionné à la réception et non réglé.
La wifi fonctionne dans le hall mais très mal voir pas du tout dans les chambres.
Il y a un grand choix pour les repas mais cela n’est pas de bonne qualité et il est dommage de ne pas voir de produit locaux.
L’hôtel est beaucoup trop grand , cela fait usine.
