Fell short of any reasonable expectations that were not that high to begin with.
Pros:

Located in the heart of Arandas near the main plaza and street. Easy walk to restaurants and shops and the Parroquia. The two beds were comfortable.

Cons:

Difficult to find hotel as there was only a 3-foot-wide entrance marked by a 14" diameter sign amongst many others. No place to unload our van as it was located on a narrow busy street. Free parking at a garage that was located over a block away.
We booked a superior room over 3 months ago and it was confirmed through Booking.com but was told that it wasn't available and was then offered a double room (The Campana room) located over the busy noisy street and next to the lobby where we could here conversations going on until after 10 pm. Hotel could not accept credit cards, so I had to pay with pesos. Bathroom was very small with a tiny sink. Originally booked for 2 nights but left after only one night.

Tiene una excelente ubicación. Y el personal muy amable y siempre dispuestos a ayudarnos y a que nuestra estancia fuera excelente.

Cons:

La decoración de una de mis habitaciones era muy sencilla, mientras que otras eran muy hermosas.

Hat roaches not ac no windows plus am pay for 2 rooms double beds and was only one wit 2 beds but the most important was no Ac and a big roaches around the rooms
