Lit trop petit (lit double en 140)
My room was newly refurbished, spacious, clean and comfortable. I had a nice view of the Plains of Abraham and the other side of the St. Lawrence river. The bathroom, though small, had a good shower and a decent size bathtub. The air conditioning worked perfectly.
There was no telephone in the room and communication with the front desk was exceptionally poor. There was a QR code to communicate with the front desk from the room. No messages sent after scanning the code received a timely response. The chatbot kept telling me that someone would get back to me ASAP, but no. I was also disappointed with the swimming pool. It was small, packed with kids playing at both ends and a bunch of adults, standing immobile in the middle and talking. It was impossible to swim. I got out after a few minutes, after long hair from previous guests got wrapped around my fingers not once, but several times.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et tres confortables. La literie est exceptionnelle.
Beaucoup de belles attentions (carte pour apéritif, mot manuscrit d’accueil, surclassement).
Nous recommandons sans hésiter et reviendrons dans cet hôtel si nous visitons à nouveau Quebec.
Le service de chambre a oublié de faire notre chambre le 1er jour.

La chambre n'est pas chaleureuse et ne ressemble pas aux photos. Le looby est très joli, mais la chambre est plutôt de base.
Great location for walking to dinner, it’s just a few blocks to Upper Town but there’s also many restaurants and bars along Grand Alle. Front desk staff were always incredibly helpful - they were happy to put a few things in the freezer for us during our stay.
The layout of the hotel and the different wings can be confusing - we found the hot tub unnecessarily difficult to get to when we could see it from our room. A large event was also being hosted here one night, like a prom, so the courtyard and halls were full of young people that one night but noise wasn’t really a problem.
It was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful
The location was perfect! We were steps away from 17 different restaurants and bars. Our room was beyond expectations. Large and up to date, it had everything we could ask for.

Le seul point d'amélioration concerne la petite taille de la chambre, le lit Queen Size est vraiment petit, de même qu'il y a peu d'espace dans la chambre. La porte de la salle de bain ne se ferme pas complètement et surtout le bruit de l'aération et du frigo est continu pendant la nuit et très intempestif.
