Lovely view of Plains of Abraham from our room. Bed very comfortable. Close to restaurants and just uphill from entrance to old city.
The room was very spacious, the bathroom felt luxurious, and the soft bathrobes are a nice touch. The plates, glassware, and plenty of storage spaces were nice conveniences. The mattress was very comfortable and the pillows were nice.
The bed frame corners were very sharp and unfortunately my wife injured herself twice during our stay. It would be nicer if they were rounded or if the sofa and other chair were not so close to the bed, so that there is greater clearance.

Location and nice room.
No information on breakfast,or the wine machine in the hall. There was no instructions on how to use the machine. We didnt get any details about breakfast times and cost. Instead of a robe maybe slippers would be better. However, we loved the place and would recommend it. These are just suggestions for you.
It was near the conference centre and bars etc the staff were lovely and super helpful!
My first (!) room was very cold and overlooked the Allée - noise til 3am on my first night after I only got in from UK at 1am…
The room was nice and the location was great
I did not like that there was no phone in the room to call the front desk. we had several issues and the qr code provided would just ask you to send an email or have AI help. I had to use website and call from that phone number as we had trouble with safe and thermostat.
Pillows were very uncomfortable.

Superbe chambre très bien aménagée. Grande avec beaucoup d'espace pour recevoir des membres de ma famille également en visite à Québec durant ce même week-end.

The Location is the biggest plus. The hotel itself is fabulous and the staff were super helpful. Easy check-in. Clean rooms and great vibe.
