I like the location of the property the restaurants right outside it was a felt like a safe area. It was clean.

The location of the hotel was amazing! Very central and lots of restaurants to choose from. Very close to the old town. Everything is very walkable. Also, a beautiful park directly behind the hotel.

We met a very helpful young woman at the front desk. Our air conditioning was not working and it was fixed immediately. The room was very nice. I really liked the center point. It made the hotel easy to navigate. The location of the hotel was very good. You can walk to the old city easily. There are many good restaurants steps away from the hotel.
The pool was way too warm not refreshing at all. We did not use our car while there because you may or may not have gotten a spot when you got back then what would you do.

Location is perfect for exploring the old town (which is a 3minute walk downhill) or the fields of Abraham literally on the doorstep a big plus for us. Plenty of facilities to use.
All staff without exception were helpful, courteous and professional, our luggage was looked after after we had checked out and a superb taxi ride was booked for the airport, staff were very patient with when practising my French!
This is a very busy and big hotel, it will help to be confident with this, possibly a leaflet explaining all of the facilities might help rather than go through everything at check in. We missed any information about the spa for example. It is expensive unit comparable to others with this location and facilities
