The location
No coffee cups and sufficient copy capsules were provided. No intercom facility to contact hotel staff.
Ideal location for exploring (although I didn't get chance] and the hotel has lovely, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and easy access for the ample car park under the hotel. The bar was nice too.
The gym was cramped and a little outdated. Alos, I'm not sure the bar is to the same standard as the rest of the hotel with a fairly limited food menu, particularly for breakfast.

On nous a attribué une petite chambre, dans un angle de l’hôtel avec la vue sur un mur, lit en 150. Pas de place pour ouvrir nos deux valises. Ce qui ne correspond pas aux critères d’un 4 étoiles à 240 euros la nuit. Nous avons obtenus un changement de chambre pour la 2eme nuit avec un surclassement à nos frais en plus de prix de la nuitée.

Restaurant on site part of hotel was a little expensive for sub par food. Last the parking was expensive. Should be included if your staying at hotel.
Lovely hotel in a perfect location for our visit to Quebec City. The facilities were top notch and included every convenience we could have wanted. The restaurant, the pool and sauna and the comfort of the room were all great.
Try as I might, I could not find anything that I did not like about this hotel!
