Cons:

Notre chambre (104) était d'un standard deux étoiles et devrait être rafraîchie (tapisserie, éclairage, mobilier), sdb ok.
Salle de déjeuner: chiens autorisés, ce qui n'est pas hygiénique au vu de la promiscuité entre les tables. De plus, l'espace déjeuner est situé à côté de la réception ce qui n'est pas agréable car l'on se mêle avec les personnes qui font le check in / out. Notamment pour aller se servir de café.
Rapport qualité-prix pas au rendez-vous.

We were very pleased and will recommend the hotel to friends.
Pros:

Great location, lovely lobby for morning breakfast or evening wine and games, room clean and cozy, and the staff were super nice.

Cons:

Just know there are 6 or so steps up to the front door, but there may be another way in for people who can't manage them.

Fantastic location
Pros:

Expensive hotel with fairly good service. Super tiny rooms. Outdated furniture & decor and overall needs renovation. Great location, easy to walk to everywhere which was fantastic. Only major complaint was when I asked the housekeeper for more toilet paper she told me to go get it myself in the basement! Expected more from an expensive hotel

Un lieu idéal pour visiter la ville, au cœur de Québec, un accueil chaleureux
Pros:

L’emplacement au cœur du vieux Québec juste à côté du château Frontenac avec vue sur le Saint Laurent. L’hôtel donne sur le jardin du gouverneur ou les écureuils viennent gambader le matin.
Le personnel d’accueil vraiment adorable, chaleureux et souriant.

Cons:

Notre chambre était au rdc proche de l’accueil et de l’ascenseur, un peu bruyante quand des groupes rejoignaient tard leur chambre. Mais c’est le seul petit bémol et les autres chambres étaient plus calmes.

A great place to stay!
Pros:

The location was excellent right next to the Château Frontenac and walkable to everything in the old city. Having free parking was excellent as well. The breakfast was also nice - pastries, breads, cereal, fruit, boiled eggs, crêpes.
The staff were super helpful and friendly as well

Cons:

I wish it had a mini bar fridge in the room. The hallways need to be updated as they are kind of dark and dingy.
