I had a great stay at Hotel Chateau Bellevue and would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

It's a beautiful, very clean hotel. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is stocked with lots of towels, facial tissue and toilet paper. The staff was super nice and very welcoming. The location is fantastic, so close to everything we wanted to see and do. The coffee machine in the lobby makes great coffee, cappuccinos, cafe mochas, etc. Loved that! They also have a valet service for the car which worked out very well.

Cons:

The invoicing was a problem. I had booked 4 rooms for me and my family through Booking.com. Hotel Bellevue said that we could pay separately for each of our rooms on our own credit cards, but that wasn't the case. It took about an hour to get everyone checked in. The staff said they could charge us separately, but they struggled with their computer to do this. The staff said we were invoiced separately but I found out when I returned home that all the charges went onto my credit card.

Pros:

Super bien placé ! Chambre très confortable. Personnel très accueillant et agréable, très bon renseignements sur les restaurants.

Cons:

Un peu déçu par le petit-déjeuné qui manquait de choix peut être (notamment pour le bagel : pas de crudités dispo par exemple, pas non plus de pâte à tartiner). Les produits présent cependant était de très bonne qualité on s’est régalé.

Pros:

The location is perfect. The waterfront is steps away . There are many great places to eat and tour within walking distance. The staff spoke English very well and they accommodated our dog .

Cons:

The flooring in our room was in need of replacement. Some bad sections and open gaps. But the room itself other then the flooring was very cozy and clean .
