Overall, very good. Troy, the maintenance man was very efficient in clearing a plumbing issue.

A freezing 🥶 night at St Louis
Pros:

The location and parking availability were the impressive things

Cons:

The staff at the reception wasn't friendly and she didn't even look professional ( at check in)
The room was noisy and you can smell smoke 🚬 in the hallway

Great customer service and great location
Pros:

Excellent customer service!! From the front desk to breakfast, everyone was super kind and helpful!! Rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was great. Pool had an awesome view of the arch, which was very cool! Location was great!! Walking distance to the arch for sure. Excellent hotel!!
