Location was good, they were too overbooked and didn’t have enough rooms or parking to accommodate all the guests.
Pros:

Closeness and walk ability to downtown and the arch.

Cons:

Emailed ahead of time and was told we would have adjoining rooms as requested. Got there and told they were “too full” and couldn’t give me adjoining rooms or change to the suite.

Excellent customer service
Pros:

I traveled to St. Louis for a quick weekend with friends. I needed to call the hotel before I arrived and was amazed when, after 2 rings, a real person answered the phone. Not only was Kayla not AI, she was friendly and helpful. When we arrived, Kayla was at the front desk to great us with a beautiful smile and excellent customer service. Every staff we encountered from the ladies cleaning the rooms, the maintenance man, and the ladies at breakfast were absolutely amazing. Its sad that good customer service can take one by surprise now days but that is exactly what happened. Our whole group was blown away by the impeccable customer service given by every single employee we encountered. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location was superb.

Cons:

One elevator was down so it took a long time to get anywhere.

Very disappointed!
Pros:

Nothing, old, dated and with only two functioning elevators for 17 floors almost impossible to leave if you’re on the 17th floor! Took four elevators before I could get on to leave. They bill themselves as walkable to the Arch, and that’s ok if you can walk at least half a mile!

Cons:

Everything, I would never recommend this particular Hampton Inn to anyone!

Pros:

Wir hatten Glück das wir ein Zimmer in der obersten Etage hatten dadurch hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf die Stadt.
Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung und sauber.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, man hatte das Gefühl dass Personal war überfordert und dadurch war die Sauberkeit beim Frühstück nur mangelhaft.
