Concert Time
Pros:

It was convient to the Arch and Dome, in downtown. Staff was friendly and helpful. Price was a little high due to the concert. Full of amenities. Clean and I didn’t care for the bed, uncomfortable for myself.

Room wax a little hot during the evening but other than parking, the stay was great
Pros:

It was within walking distance of the concert

Cons:

Parking was AWFUL! Garage was full by the time we checked in but you didn’t know it till you drive thru the entire levels. Then had to turn around in a small area

Our stay served it's purpose. We were there for a concert and it's a great location to the Dome.
Pros:

Parking. I think charging parking is normal but $30 IS a bit much.

Cons:

If I had to pick something, parking. Everything else was good.

Pros:

I liked the location, our room was nice and quiet given it was right next to the highway and we were able to keep it cool. The free breakfast was awesome!

The whole need for room key for using the elevator.

Had a great time staying here! Definitely saving this hotel to our “favorites”
Pros:

Really close to The Dome. We went to a concert there. It’s only a couple of blocks away. We have a bigger size truck and it was nice, they have a parking lot for oversized vehicles to park. Our room had an awesome view of the Arch. Very nice place! Beds were comfortable!

If it weren’t for the fire alarms..
Pros:

It was right down town next to the Arch, and a pretty quiet location. The staff were great, and very kind. The rooms were nice.

Cons:

The fire alarms went off at 4:30am. We all had to evacuate, only to find out the “extreme heat tripped the alarm.” It was 4:30 in the morning…and the temp was in the high 60s to 70s…once we were back in our room, and FINALLY getting our kids back to sleep, the alarm went off again…they slipped an apology note under our door a few hours later.
The pool was freezing! Breakfast wasn’t the greatest, but it wasn’t terrible. The eggs were very watery.
They charged $30 a night to park. Which is wild to me, considering what we paid for two nights.
