The air didn’t work. It was too hot in the room. I heard another visitor complain about that also. One of the elevators didn’t work. Very frustrating.

Average hotel at best. Front desk staff are unprofessional
Pros:

The room was clean and the house keeper was pleasant.

Cons:

The staff was was rude at the front desk and unprofessional. The young lady that checked me in was very unpleasant and seemed annoyed and irritated when I asked a about parking. The facility is nice but the behavior of the staff would make me not do business here again.

The girl who checked us in was absolutely amazing and needs a raise she was so nice and accommodating.

Cons:

There was a group across the hall that had lots of people in the room screaming and yelling until 2 am. The elevators were so slow we had to wait 20 min for one on the 15th floor

We were having a girls weekend down town and this hotel was perfectly located to everything we wanted to go to.

It was. close to everything we wanted to go too. Our room was very big for a 2 queen room. A great view of the city.

Great staff, not very good rooms

Staff was friendly, good customer service

Cons:

Both rooms smelled bad, neither had working air conditioning and stayed at 80°f+ the water also didn't adjust temperature very well. The staff were kind and refunded the stay up on hearing about the problems
