Got my work out on the steps this week, had an ok breakfast and kids loved the pool.
Pros:

Staff were friendly and took care of your needs. We were located on the floor with the pool which was nice for our kids. You had to badge everywhere with your key card which made it feel more secure but don’t forget it or your stuck.

Cons:

This property has 17 floors and only 1 set of elevators and 1 elevator was down. Huge inconvenience when you have a disabled person with you who is unable to take the stairs. Was told they were working on the elevator but it still was not fixed when we left Friday. Needless to say I got my workout going up and down the stairs all week. $30 parking fee was thrown on the bill per day that we stayed and the breakfast was ok but I would have loved some bacon instead of chicken sausage. You had to badge everywhere with your key card which is sometimes an inconvenience.

I probably would not stay again
Pros:

Staff was nice rooms were nice beds were comfy views were nice

Cons:

The shower didnt work well, the pool was freezing i had a hard time getting to the hotel itself which I know is not the hotels fault .... the hallways were a little messy

Waiting 30 to 45 minutes for an elevator then having to take the stairs anyway was very excessive.

The location was good for what we came for, staff was friendly

Cons:

Air conditioner in the room was really loud and didn’t seem to work right. The room was warm. Breakfast was not great waited 20 minutes to make a waffle. Elevator took a good 20 minutes to get on because only 2 for the entire hotel. Pool closed before we got back from the cardinals game so kids didn’t get to swim.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. The staff was courteous and polite and every staff member we came in contact with was likely as good, knowledgeable or better than any motel, ever.

Cons:

Rooms we stayed in are in need of some maintenance but still comfortable and clean.
My rating would likely be all 5-star but one of the elevators was "out of order" and had to wait up to 15 minutes plus just to board.
