Central location, staff was very friendly
Parking expensive (30$ per night), long waiting times for an elevator, floor was very dirty ( kids feet were black just from walking barefoot on it.
Location & the staff was friendly and helpful
Everything was fine
The staff was friendly and ready to help.
The hotel is old and can use a major renovation. The elevator barely worked and the hotel had a moldy smell.
Proximity to arch, breakfast & it was comfy!
Elevators, ha!
Room was very nice and the breakfast was pretty good.
The room was nice quiet and comfortable. Staff are friendly. Breakfast was good.
Pool noisy not heated no hot tub. Elevators slow and clunky. Area was ghost town when we arrived and felt sketchy. Paid parking of $30 was not adequately advertised on booking.com. Felt duped by this.
L'emplacement, tres bien de l'arche et du Bush Stadium
The front desk was great..... The location was good.
The rest of the stay was fairly marginal. The bed was just okay. Facilities, just ok. Breakfast.....not as good as most. There is no lobby bar, whereas almost all the other hotels in the area do have one. Just so-so here.
The front desk staff was extremely helpful and kind! Especially, Jacob who helped us get a room even though I had entered the wrong dates.
NA
The location and the views and the breakfast was wonderful! We also love the little kid play area in the game room. But the staff was a highlight of the property. They were so friendly. Every single one of them. They seem generally happy to be there & to help & welcome. From the front desk, ladies to everyone running the breakfast and any employee bumped into in the hallways.
The rooms could be a little bit more updated & a bit more clean. We had upgraded our room prior to our trip, but when we arrived, they were unable to do the upgraded room. They were fully booked, and I didn’t realize that it wasn’t a guarantee.
I did not like something in particular.
Breakfast wasn’t great. Not a lot of options plus it was super crowded. People were staying in line for coffee or food. They should have expanded the area of food.
Room was nice.
Night desk clerk was rude and racist. While my granddaughters and I stood patiently at the desk to purchase drinks, the clerk waited on other guests that walked up after us. She was cordial with the new guests taking care of their needs first before rudely asking what we needed. I later called the desk to ask a question, she stated that she didn’t have time, she was busy. I told her never mind and hung up! Not what I am used to with Hampton Inn!
The view was amazing from the room. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Na
Breakfast was good . It had a good variety of food
Someone try to get in my room at 7:10am never knock and heard them saying that someone is in there and I think was housekeeping but don’t understand why they would come in your room that early and never knock. That question the integrity of the hotel.
