Ball trip
Pros:

Convenient location, easy parking on site, wonderful and helpful staff. Kayla helped my family tremendously with room accommodations when the original room had an issue.

We will be back in St Louis next year but not at this hotel.
Pros:

Staff was nice. Especially when they left a toilet plunger with us because the toilet couldn't handle flushing anything but just a little water.

Cons:

The hidden $30 a day fee for parking that they auto bill to the card that I placed on file for "incidentals".
FYI Parking across the street is only $20 a day. One of the elevators is not working, so it took 15 to 20 minutes to get from the 12th floor to the first floor.

Overall my stay was lovely. At check in the service was fast, accurate and my was awesome

Mooi hotel
Pros:

Ondanks dat het vol met jeugd zat, was het er rustig. Het personeel was vriendelijk.
En het welkomstkoekje heerlijk.
En dicht bij de Arch.
