Excellent!
Pros:

From the moment we walked in the front desk staff were welcoming and pleasant. They assisted us with getting my family and relatives to have a connecting room and that for me was a plus plus.

Cons:

Everything was great. Only thing we can say that needs improvement are the elevators. They were a little slow.

Pros:

Excellent hotel with garage parking connected to the hotel. $30 per night. Easy walk to the Arch and Convention Center. Very clean hotel and professionally run. Two negatives: the breakfast area is small and is swarmed by many people at once. I can deal with that, but second negative is the beds are rock hard. Difficult to get a good night's sleep on a rock. They should spend some money from the millions they make and get good, soft quality beds.

The staff was very helpful, but I expected a cleaner and more updated facility for the price I paid.
