Bed was good.
TV didn't work right, fridge didn't work. Didn't know we had to pay to park, think $30 per night is high.
The location is wonderful, within walking distance of the Gateway Arch and downtown restaurants! Great views of the Arch as well, at least from our room!
The hotel is in a great location ! We had a wonderful view of the arch and the city from our room. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
There was one particular employee at the front desk who was so friendly and kind . I didn’t get her name but she was always seated on the right.
The only issue we had was the refrigerator in our room didn’t seem to be working.
Security was great, breakfast was great!
Maybe need another elevator-
It was very safe and friendly
Nothing
The location. Because it is close to the Gateway Arch, so I can take a 10-min walk to this spot. It is also not far from MetoLink stations. Breakfast is OK--average standard. The city view is fantastic from the top floor.
The parking fee is $30/day, which is an overpriced and hidden charge. The public garage charges $30/day for any cars. That is to say the hotel takes its guests as anybody, not someone it should serve and please. Check-in was a nightmare. There was only one staff and before me there was a time-consuming guest asking questions again and again. Breakfast is served till 9 AM and the place is not spacious. Therefore between 8:30 and 9:00, it is hard to find a seat and leftover food. The table surface is sticky and gooey. The fridge makes noises when working.

Hampton Inn St Louis- at the Arch
As you see the total I was given here is totally different then what I had to pay at check in. I questioned it and told it was incidental plus parking that I wasn't previously told about. $100 over
Walk to the arch and restaurants. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.
Surrounding area seedy
This property is located downtown and is convenient to several area attractions. We booked an arch view room but were given a corner room with an obstructed view of the arch so that was a little disappointing. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast buffet was pretty sparse and not on par with other Hamptons at which I have stayed. This is a high-security building and your room key is required to enter the garage, enter the lobby, go to any floor except the lobby in the elevator. I have read other reviews that indicated the area around the hotel wasn't safe after dark but we experienced no issues at all. At no time did we feel uncomfortable.
Breakfast was okay. But limited dietary options. The location is walking distance to major sights.
The bed & pillows were AWFUL! The hotel is showing its age very badly. The room was dingy and dark. The AC unit was old and loud. Parking is $30 a day.
Enjoyed the stay. Staff friendly and very accommodating.
I loved the view and security, made me feel safe while staying here.
Location. Decent hotel
We wether at conference and breakfast lines were long
