Very good hotel in very good location in the wonderful Salamanca!
Pros:

Excellent location and good parking ( once we got extra directions). We took advantage of an upgrading including breakfast and had a really spectacular view from our window. The room was very clean and comfortable and we would use this chain of hotels again.

Cons:

Just a bit disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open in the evening. The bar area was OK for eating but not quite what we hoped for.

Lacking attention to detail and guests
Pros:

Location. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff were great.

Parking was nice and felt like a safe place to park.

Cons:

I did not like that a hotel of this caliber missed a lot of details.

The luggage cart was sitting in a corner, and hadnt been polished in over a year, and was never offered to help us with all of our bags and equipment. We just took it.

Key didnt work 3 times.

Front desk staff found everything else important to do besides focus on the guests.

Pros:

En general todo, buen desayuno para empezar el día , las habitaciones muy cómodas y unas vistas espectaculares, y para terminar un ratito de relajación en el spa , algo pequeño pero suficiente.
Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.

Hôtel idéal pour se reposer et etre à deux pas du centre historique.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner parfait. Profusion et qualité de la nourriture.
Chambre vaste, confortable, calme et belle vue sur certains monuments emblématiques de la ville.

Pros:

Camera ampia, silenziosa, elegante.

Cons:

Se proprio si vuole trovare un difetto, la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata (caffè piuttosto scarso, nessun servizio vero a colazione e nulla che possa essere chiesto sul momento)

Excellente Möglichkeit, um quasi im Zentrum zu übernachten

Schöne Zimmer, fußläufig zum Zentrum <10 min., Frühstück ok, nettes Personal

Cons:

Parkgarage sehr eng zum Ein-/Ausparken, Dusche im Zimmer funktioniert nicht gut
