Great location, lovely staff.
Pros:

Super helpful staff and parking was really useful. We loved the views from our two rooms.

Cons:

The TV in one of our rooms was not working correctly- to be fair we didn't report it as we weren't really using it. The other room was fine. Parking is tight! We had expected this though.

The location is ideal in central Salamanca, a short hop from everything. The facilities are great, and the room was very spacious. The breakfast offer was amazing, with some local products.

Amplitud de la habitación, camas cómodas, ubicación. El chico joven de la noche era muy amable y siempre con una sonrisa. Desayuno completo

Moqueta, que no se pueda reservar el parking y que solo haya bañera. Faltaría una reforma

Posizione perfetta, camera grande con moltissimo spazio, dotazione asciugamani e altro per il bagno ottima, colazione molto abbondante e varia, anche se leggermente cara.

Cons:

Forse solo il prezzo non proprio economico di parcheggio e colazione, ma comunque negli standard di questi livelli (e la colazione è molto ricca)

Warm welcoming, very pleasant and all around lovely.
Pros:

It was lovely and clean, very comfortable and spacious. The staff were excellent and very kind and very polite and informative. The car park could be a little wider for spaces, but very convenient. Would recommend this hotel to others. I would go back to stay there. Lovely hotel one of the best we stayed at on our trip from England to Portugal. Highly recommended. *****
