Cons:

Il fatto che mi sono trovato, e addebitato 2 camere mentre io ne avevo prenotata una come risultava anche sul mio account. Ho fatto presente la cosa a booking con tanto di allegati (videata delle prenotazioni e ricevute di pagamento paypal di due addebiti dello stesso importo lo stesso giorno.) Mi hanno risposto che avrebbero verificato e nel caso rimborsato. Ad oggi dopo più mail di sollecito non ho avuto risposta. Se ho sbagliato io qualcosa li ho pregati di mandarmi le prove del mio errore. Resto ancora in attesa...

la.stanza a noi assegnata non è insonorizzata verso la strada ed essendo al primo piano seppur minimi si sentono gli schiamazzi mattutini.

Ho avuto un problema con la prenotazione inserendo la carta di credito non mi confermava la prenotazione la ragazza mi ha aiutato ma purtroppo non c'è stato niente da fare
Allora ho chiesto gentilmente di riservarmi la camera allo stesso prezzo che era on-line ma loro non possono
Trovo che non sia cortese davanti ad cliente che tranquillamente lascia il numero della cc con il pre pagamento
Secondo la mia opinione potreste perdere della clientela

La mancanza di un frigobar in camera, in quelle giornate afose andava bene.
Per la terza volta consecutiva in 3 anni ci sono stati dei problemi con la camera, risolti con estrema velocita dallo staf. Prima o poi andrà bene al primo colpo
