Not very clean. Location was rough for food and such. The breakfast options were very limited as well. There was a rusty nail in my ceiling. A booger on our wall. And a weird smell in the downstairs.

As soon as we entered, the stairway there was a horrible smell coming from the carpet it look so dirty and stained no ventilation through the stairs even the hallways carpeta so stinky the one in the room as well that made me not want to be there the breakfast area had a smell too like a dead animal
Not much to like about it
Elevator doesn’t work, mold in the shower, loud ac, lights don’t really work in the rooms, place just seems like it’s falling apart. Even though it says under remodel I didn’t see any signs of remodeling going on. I gave this place a second chance but it seemed worse than the first time. Won’t be back

The hotel was under renovation. The elevator was not functioning.
The entire place was dirty. 1st room we were given the bathroom sink was stopped up with dirty water and insects floating in it. All the floors were dirty. Signs everywhere saying remodel in progress but no evidence visible of work being done. Vending machines were out of order. Bed was old and uncomfortable. Phone didn't work in the room. And had black particles coming out of the tub drain and it drained extremely slow. Yet still charging full rate without full access to all the things that you should have access too. Had people swimming in the pool that were not guest of the motel. They must have been family members to an employee.
The smell is awful. They need to improve the cleanliness in the hallway back and front side

Elevator was not working, no explanation.. the second floor hallway had a bad odor from a water leak. Appeared to never had been vacuum including the stairs. Sign said under remodeling but never heard or seen anyone. The room was questionable on cleanliness.
My husband stayed at this hotel the third week in June 2026. Water heaters were out the whole stay, elevators were out of service and not working. There was no phone call a head of time for us to make different arrangements before driving 20 hours and arriving at this hotel. Staff could not do anything and told him he had to wait for the manager to arrive which were random hours of the day. Did not receive but a 15% discount over this horrible experience.

As being a handicapped person with no legs we was put on the top floor with the elevator broke the doors to the room didn't work half the time had to constantly go a get staff to open the door with the emergency key no hot water for the entire stay actually had no water at one point then tried going to the pool and after 5 minutes in there was told that we had to get out because they needed to shut off the pumps as the pool was supposed to be heated as well but wasn't
Well, the staff was very nice and understanding.
When we got there, we were told the hot water wasn’t working and that it would not be fixed until the next morning. I figured okay, we can deal with that. Got our room and I used the bathroom, no problems. My mom used the bathroom and the toilet would not flush. I checked the tank, no water. Told the desk and they said they just turned the water back on so it may take a bit for the tank to fill. Went to turn on the TV, didn’t work, no signal. When I picked up the headset on the phone to call the desk the cord fell off. When you plug the cord into the headset, the clip is broken so you had to hold it in place to make a call. At this point decided to ask for a refund.

Elevator was rout of order. Room was located on second floor had to take the stairs, however the stairs were completely filthy with cigarette butts, lying on the floor, and the smell of marijuana was horrific. Keep in mind. This is a non-smoking facility.

I booked a double queen room and when I got to hotel they overbooked so I got a king room I had kids with me I needed the other bed stayed for 2 nights and had no hot water the entire time
