The Signature Level at Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa

great staff, very friendly good food, quite remote hence slightly lower location score but you can still get to places with transport links

Lovely hotel but I would state you have to upgrade to signature level to get the best experience. I will state if your like me a beach person, your probably going to be very disappointed. Generally though this is a lovely hotel and I don’t understand why some people pull it to pieces.

Absolutely amazing stay! Very happy with the location, service, personnel and the facilities. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was amazing! We were upgraded to a better room for free, and the check-in process was very pleasant and smooth. The room cleanliness and housekeeping were excellent — my compliments to the cleaning staff. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided. The food at the buffet and restaurants was incredibly delicious — as a vegan, I truly appreciated that they prepared special meals just for me, thank you so much! The staff were very friendly and never intrusive, it was a pleasure to talk with them. The bars and cocktails were also great. Wi-Fi worked perfectly across the entire resort. I also really enjoyed the spa experience. Additionally, the hotel app was very convenient — it made it easy to check schedules, book restaurants, entertainment, and room service.

Avid traveller of 5 star resorts so my opinion is based on comparatives I have had in the past.
Overall this is a nice resort. I wouldn't agree it was a fully 5 star experience though.
Staff are very good and keep the resort at a high standard, with cleanliness, communication, friendliness. Special mention to Khali at reception signature level, Valatina guest relation and Remi one of the head chefs. All helped make our experience 5 star.
My biggest shout is the El Dorado steak restaurant, I eat a lot of steaks and this restaurant gave me the best i've ever had. Theres a premium but they cut your steak choice in front of you, then cook to perfection and serve either on a sizzler with a bed of rock salt or under a flame.
The Lobby bar at signature made some fantastic cocktails also. Chang thai for breakfast was also very good and all worthy of a 5 star resort.
the grounds throughout were very clean.
My honest opinion would also say the hotel seems more geared for familys with most activities and entertainment on offer being kids or family orientated. Swimming pools are very shallow, waist height shallow. The beach is rocky and the sea was varaible in calmness. Late September did see a couple days of heavy rain and being overcast for us but very warm and for me more tolerable heat then when i visited Italy in July. I didn't rate the buffet at Sicillia at any level i found it poor quality unfortunately and with my hotel experiences i would say high 3 maybe 4 star in food quality and ambience. Drinks on offer at any restaurant was more 3-4 star included offerings. I Also didnt like Portifino the italian beach restaurant and a la carte for signature level guests. The food was bland and underflavoured, fish had a lot of bones on the fillets and overal i didnt rate any dish had
The sports bar served a nice pint and offered sit down meals which were okay. The hotdog looked nice but varied in how nice it actually was on the couple times we ordered it. Still I prefered it here then Portifino for lunch or the sicillia buffet.
Feedback on check in would be forcing the tourism tax on arrival was uneeded considering we were there for a week and arrived sub 1am, these things can wait when your clients are clearly exhausted from a long day.
The pool bars and beach bar served 3 star drinks in 3 star cups. If your going to shout about Signature level and signature perks it needs to be met at all bars or your clients can feel like they have overpaid.

Excellent hotel. Very good facilities. Lovely staff. Ala Carte are of a high standard.
Signature level is worth it.

We had a weeks stay at the end of September and the hotel and staff lived up to our expectations. Nice to see the same happy staff as previous years again. Good vibes, food and relaxing break.

The drinking glasses were dirty most of the time. That was disappointing.

The staff were lovely and pleasant.

Dinner timings and options were limited.

We were signature level and would have expected options for sea view, but those seemed to only be for the main building

Food was okay.

Grand Palladium Sicily is a quality resort. The staff was very welcoming and attended to our evey need. The resort is very clean, and as expected hasa beach, pools, restaurants and bars. The children in our group had a blast. One point for improvement is the dining experience, especially at the Sicania main dining hall.

I would highly recommend this resort if you want a relaxing time on the beautiful island of Sicily, the resort is immaculately clean and you are treated very special, I would suggest Signature level for an even more special experience.

It was nice vacation, the hotel is quite good, the pools are quite large and clean, the food is tasty, the beach is small and with a lot of stones - with children this might be a problem. Do not bother your self to make a reservation for dinner at Portofino restaurant - the food is nice, but the service is poor. Much better is the El Dorado restaurant.

Oven all we had an incredibly enjoyable experience at the Grand Palladium in Sicily.
As this was our Honeymoon, we decided to go for the all inclusive option at The Signature Level. There’s a great variety to choose from, from pools to restaurants.
We want to shoutout Elena N, Giovanni from the TSL Bar, and Riccardo F. All 3 were extremely professional while being kind, warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to remember our preferences and their service standards were impeccable. They are a credit to your team!
We will definitely be looking to stay at another Grand Palladium in the future.

Lovely, hotel, helpful, friendly staff, great food and atmosphere, didn't want to leave! We chose signature level and it was well worth it. The exclusive areas are calm, lovely spots ensuring relaxation. The drinks menu was varied and of good quality. We tried a couple of trips out. Cefalu is lovely and well worth a visit and Palermo is a vibrant city full of art and culture. Would highly recommend.

L’hôtel est paradisiaque, les animateurs sont très sympa, l’ensemble du personnel très accueillant. Malgré un petit quiproquo lors d’un dîner (entraînant un supplément de prix, pourtant formule all inclusive + signature level (premium)), Khalil nous a fait un très bon geste sur ce repas lors du check out. Il parle d’ailleurs très bien français ce qui facilite les échanges.
La chambre est spacieuse, et joliment décorée, nous avons pris un bungalow.
