The Signature Level at Grand Palladium Sicilia Resort & Spa

All-inclusive, but not everything is included. Good hotel, but not outstanding. The service was good and the staff very courteous.

Had a fantastic dinner at Portofino restaurant. Both Pietros were very attentive and looked after us till the end of the evening.

lovely pools and good cocktails, Giovanni Geraci was really attentive and funny!

The whole stay has been excellent and Giovanni Geraci was an excellent waiter at El Dorado, taking us through the steak selection expertly and was very charismatic.

We had a really good relaxing time as a family of seven adults. Giovanni Geraci in El Dorado restaurant was particularly outstanding and funny. We will come back

Lovely hotel, the Signature upgrade worthwhile. Selection of food was excellent and everywhere was very clean.

Elena N Carmelo Macawso was very hospitable and looked after us ..there were many in the restaurant but she treated all with individual attention

Can highly recommend this wonderful hotel. We had a fabulous holiday here - made all the more special by the excellent speciality restaurants. All staff are attentive but we have to mention Francesco V at Chang Thai in particular. He made our delicious anniversary dinner so memorable.

The La Brace dining experience was amazing. Fabulous personal service from Elena M. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the dishes and gave us wonderful service. The chef Domenico Natoli was very talented and cooked the steak beautifully. We also loved being able to watch him cooking. All in all a great experience.

We tried the La Brace premium experience, and it was worth it!
Excellent food, more than what was on the menu and very nice staff.
It was also very interesting to see how Chef Domenico N worked, as he used many creative methods.
Also a big thank you to Elena M and Roberto M for making this evening special for us.
We suspect this will be the highlight of out stay here at the Grand Palladium.

There are many positive points worth mentioning: the resort is beautiful, featuring plenty of palm trees, well-kept lawns and greenery, and a clean pool.
I recommend the "Signature Level" for a quieter, more relaxing experience (pool-view rooms like the ones we had).
The à la carte restaurants offer high-quality food and service... notably El Dorado (Angelo was very courteous, as was Nunzio at Extra Time); and the drinks at the pool bar are also excellent.
On the downside: there is no coffee maker in the rooms (a small pod machine would be a nice addition) and Chang Tai opens at 8:00 AM for breakfast; the fruit, fresh vegetables and cheese selection at breakfast could be more varied and the minibar water restocking needs improvement (currently limited to just two 0.5-liter bottles of still water per day, alongside the standard cans of soda and beer).

Just fantastic. Great service and staff and the food is fabulous. I can recommend 100%.

GianCarlo, Carmelo, and the entire staff of the Grand Palladium, were absolutely amazing 👏 Everyone was extremely kind, caring & very pleasant. I cant wait to come back. Love the all, thank you for fabulous week♥️

Our stay at the Grand Palladium Resort and Spa has been good. We booked a Signature Level bungalow, which has plenty space for two people and is always clean. The staff are absolutely fantastic, Francesco V and Gabriele F at the El Dorado/Shang Thai restaurants were particularly helpful and super friendly.
My only criticisms are:
1. that for the amount of money we paid for a 2 week/all-inclusive stay, a lot of amenities cost extra (certain food and drink items, room service, etc) which we have never experienced before with other similar 5 star resorts.
2. being Signature Level is supposed to be an upgrade which comes with benefits, such a pool for SL guests only. However this doesn't seem to be managed at all, as we've seen guests without SL wristbands using the sunbeds and pool in this area; which begs the question of why I bothered paying for the upgrade if anyone can use the "perks"?

Roberto Sarlo is an exceptional leader of the team at both Portofino and Chang Thai restaurant.
He made our family feel extremely welcome and was super friendly, wonderfulwith checking food allergies for our daughter and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience with him during our stay.
He has a wonderful warm personality making all the guests feel really welcome so that everyone can feel relaxed and enjoy their experience. Thank you so much, Roberto, you are wonderful ❤️🙏🏻😘😘😘😘😘

This is a beautiful resort on the Mediterranean. The food is fantastic and Roberto Sarlo in particular made our dining experience very special! He is very attentive to detail and we enjoyed his warm personality! The resort is calm and relaxed.
