lovely place to stay except the creaky floorboards
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely, porridge was delicious and staff lovely, views over the harbour were lovely

Cons:

The floorboards need sorting out I know it is an old building but the floorboards were extremely creaky and you could hear them from every room
and unfortunately due to that we would not stay here again

Cons:

Twin room in old garage the worst ever don’t book it . Sleep in ur car first .
Double rooms with sea view outstanding . Needs be more twin singles to cover workers on budget . But as doubles for couples . Good rooms . Food outstanding.

Great location.
Pros:

Nice large room. Spacious bathroom, complimentary toiletries. Tea/coffee, fridge. Thick towels. Cosy room. Friendly, helpful staff. I wish I'd had time to try breakfast, I had to leave early. Great location.

Cons:

Squeaky floorboards, I felt guilty walking around late at night or early in the morning.

Housekeeper was fantastic - food was great - overall stay was wonderful

only thing was a bit of noise in the room i stayed from somewhere - it was music but wouldn't put me off staying in the future

An unexpected gem.
Pros:

Totally surprised at the spacious rooms, up to date decor and fixtures and comfort. Very modern and well kept rooms, Staff were super helpful and friendly. Drinks outside at the picnic tables in the sunshine were very relaxing. Meals were very good. Highly recommend the Arbroath smokies with a pint of Caledonia Best.

Cons:

Exceeded expectations. We didn't like that we had to leave after one night.

Just an overnight but very enjoyable.
