Modern decor
It is quite far from downtown, which is not necessarily a downside but makes travel a bit more lengthy. I was here for the World Cup so it was a bit far but it was also nice seeing more of Vancouver.
Was quite pricey as we booked in March and it seems like prices went down after then which was a bit disappointing

I just arrived at my hotel room at Sandman Signature suites and my experience has been amazing.
I haven’t checked out yet, but I had to leave a review because my experience at Sandman Signature has been fantastic so far.
The guy at the reception named Prosper made my check-in completely smooth and stress-free. He was warm, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was set up right from the start.
My hotel room is exquisite - clean, spacious, and exactly what I needed. But what really made my experience memorable is the exceptional service. Prosper went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and taken care of.
If you’re staying at Sandman Signature, ask for Prosper. He’s the kind of staff that turns a good hotel stay into a great one.
The kitchen and room amenities were great! Clean room
We stayed at this location because it was close to where my partners LASIK appointment was. It was just a short walk away which was perfect for our morning appointment the next day. The staff were all super friendly. We arrived a bit early, and they upgraded our room and got us in before check in time. The room was massive and clean. We definitely appreciated the curtains in the bedroom area, as they were almost black out curtains. Perfect for recovering from LASIK. Hotel prices are outrageous everywhere nowadays, but the room we got was well worth the price we paid.

I would especially like to appreciate Manroop at the front desk for the excellent service and hospitality. She was very professional, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. From check-in to answering all my questions, she made the experience smooth and welcoming. It’s always nice to meet staff who genuinely care about guests. Comfortable rooms and location
Parking not very clean and under construction, limited access to elevators
It was quiet and felt private.The suite was very clean and well organized. The pillows were comfortable.
We brought our 2 small dogs with us and I thought the fee we were charged outrageous. Especially being charged all the hotel and other taxes on top.
The staff were kind and attentive to our needs. After settling we received a call from the front counter to make sure we were settled and needing anything.
I thought they had a continental breakfast but they had some breakfast items at their coffee bar.

The staff here went above and beyond for me. I spoke to them ahead of time about the difficult situation I was in and they not only let my cat and myself check in early but also late the next day. My “suite” was actually a fully furnished one bedroom apartment complete with laundry and a full kitchen. I was blown away and will absolutely stay again if I am in the area.
Big thanks to Manroop and Prosper. Both of you made everything so much easier. It was the best hotel experience of my life.
I liked the 🏋️♀️ gym and the rooms
There was no lotion after shower!
Stayed in Penthouse 1 and it was a nice bright room with good views. Good facilities in the room like wash/dryer, full kitchen.
The Indian kitchen is really nice that’s in the same building, staff are really friendly.
The sofa in the living room is very uncomfortable and rock hard. Despite it being new this needs to be better for relaxing.
The restaurant next door albeit is lovely but unfortunately the whole hotel smells strongly of the restaurant below,
