El restaurante precioso,la comida exelente,el personal super atentos,los recorridos por las instalaciones del hotel son fabulosas en general muy bien. Sí regresaría a hospedarme, y por supuesto regresaria al restaurante invitado a familiares y amigos.

Cons:

Creó que ala avitacion,le falta una pantalla mas grande y creo que con los ventiladores no es suficiente por qué hace mucho calor.

Pros:

El personal es súper amable. Desde antes de llegar al hotel tenía dudas de cómo llegar y me ayudaron mucho. Estando en el hotel, la gente fue súper amable, súper cálidos y con mucha disposición de ayudarte. La comida está deliciosa, las instalaciones están hermosas. Adicionalmente puedes pagar por pasear a caballo, y no es solo un paseo, el personal tiene mucho conocimiento de los caballos y te dan mucha confianza para montar. Tienen también otros animales para verlos. Muy bonito! Recomiendo 100% quedarse ahí. Es una hacienda del año 1500, hermosa! Verifiquen pedir cuarto con o sin clima según prefieran! Recomiendo pedir un taxi o transporte privado desde Cuernvaca o CDMX para hacerlo más fácil

Me molestan las mentiras.

Cons:

Pedí servicio a la habitación y una hora después volví a llamar para saber que pasaba y me dijeron que era mentira y que no había pedido nada. No tiene sentido, me molesta que mientan.
En recepción Pedí un masaje y me dijeron que en 30 minutos me confirmaban si si o si no había el servicio y nunca me confirmaron. Para qué dicen que lo harán mejor que digan que no lo tienen y ya.

Hermoso hotel
Pros:

El hotel es una belleza y está impecablemente mantenido
Los jardines hermosos, la alberca deliciosa y gigante
El restaurante muy rico y muy buen servicio

Cons:

Las almohadas no so muy cómodas
no tienen aire acondicionado aunque sí ventilador de techo y de pie
La habitación no tenía ventana como tal si no una con vidrios esmerilados sin osquitero por lo que no pudimos abrirla para refrescar la habitación

Había un DJ privado poniendo música muy alta con gente tomando y no se podía estar tranquilo en la zona de la alberca. Fue muy molesto. Pese a que puse varias reclamaciones, la música continuó e incluso extendieron 1 hora más de lo que inicialmente nos comentaron las persona del servicio del hotel.

Best stay I had during my trip in Mexico. Beautiful setting. Amazing place for the ones who are sensitive in staying in a historically rich place. It's a hotel and a museum at the same time that you can explore on your own. Room itself is large, quiet and comfortable. Large bed, good mattress. Shower is perfect (good pressure and temperature). Amenities are numerous: beautiful pool, bowling, pool table, foosball, restaurant on site, tennis, large gardens, horseriding... Staff is friendly and they take a very good care of the place. The place is a destination in itself, you can just stay there and relax.

Cons:

A bit hot in the room, no AC but several fans are provided. Best to go there when it's not too hot.
