El hotel esta muy descuidado

Algunas persnas solo algunas fueron amables.

Cons:

Llegamos a las nueve de la noche y no tenian habitacion disponible, querian que esperaramos media hora más a pesar de que el check in comienza a las 15:oo horas, las habitaciones muy descuidadas.

Nuestro paquete fue fiesta, incuye un desayuno continental, el cual parecira que lo ponen para que no nos agrade, ademas los bocadillos por la noche no cumplieron mis expectativas en cuanto a calidad y presentacion, ademas de ser muy poco; ademas que la atención en este lugar podria mejorar, pues parecia que la chica se escondia para no pedir bebidas y pienso que solo sigiue instrucciones. para este servicio se paga mas por lo que deben ser mas atentos.

Pros:

La habitación de gran tamaño, la cama comoda, el baño separado, la configuración de la habitación ideal. Disfrute mucho del bufete en la mañana una selección basta y todos los alimentos preparados con esmero muy ricos.
La ubicación muy buena, muy centrico y hay muchas opciones de restaurantes a los alrededores.
La atención de todo el personal muy buena, todos muy amables y atentos.

Cons:

Pague una tarifa con Club Fiesta que incluye el desayuno pero la oferta de alimentos no le hace justicia al bufete, decidimos pagar el desayuno. Creo que no vale la pena.
