Nous sommes loin d'un niveau correct.
Non respect de la réservation malgré une réservation 3 semaines avant.
Départ dès la 1ere nuit à cause de la nuisance de groupes venues passer plusieurs nuits de fête.
La seule réponse de l'établissement est "désolé" il ne faut pas partir.
Cet hotel priviligie les groupes au détriment de l'ensemble des clients.

Aucune réaction de l'hotel.
Ne venez pas si vous êtes en déplacement professionnel.
Je demande le remboursement de ma réservation.
J'ai du prendre un autre hotel (vérifiable sur mon compte reward)
