Pros:

The location, next to Vatican City

Cons:

Room 302 stinks of drains?? 407 had mould. Being told one week before that we wouldn't get our bought and paid for family room. The heaters/fans in the room were also loud.

Se dovessi ritornare a Roma, ritornerei in questo Hotel
Pros:

Struttura con posizione strategica e comoda. Personale gentile e disponibile. Letto comodissimo. Ambienti silenziosi, stanze ampie e soprattutto pulite

Cons:

Per alcuni aspetti struttura un pochino datata, andrebbe rifatto uno styling soprattutto delle porte del bagno e dei diversi sanitari, per il resto Hotel qualità-prezzo perfetto

Good location and staff
Pros:

A good hotel, the location is great, it's close to the train station of S. Pietro and about a twenty-minute walk from the Vatican. Staff are kind and polite.

Cons:

It was quite annoying that they didn't put the TV remote in the room, and the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted, so you have to open the windows to not get cold.

le calme

Cons:

Zone très isolée et accès difficile à pied pour une personne ne pouvant pas trop marcher. Hôtel trouvé un peu par défaut et qui ne servait pas les petits déjeuner, ne proposait qu'une machine à boissons chaudes(sans monnaie , vous n'avez rien). Impossible de prendre un petit déjeuner , même très succinct et le moindre bar ou boulangerie demandaient 15 min de marche.
Les chambres sont dans leur jus comme l'hôtel en général, la poignée de la porte ne tenait plus , il a fallu faire réparer la chasse d'eau et le confort du deuxième lit était très limite , loin d'un 3 étoiles en tout cas. Sinon , le personnel était agréable.

Pros:

Room smells good and clean, hot water is not limited, lots of towels and with kettle, water bottles and coffee & cups. Also with shampoo and soap. As in complete not like the first 2 hotel we stayed.

Cons:

Window side molds in the washroom. Toilet door broken lock. Elevator not big, family with luggages makes 2 trips to go down or up. Luggage storage room is open, no door and lock. And with note that they are not responsible for lost items.
