Could've been better.
Pros:

I liked the hot tub, it was decent, I love the fact that it's there, just could use a little improvement. The staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The first night we stayed something happened and our room wasn't showing as occupied, so another group got key cards and actually opened our door while we were in the room, it felt unsafe at that point. Thank goodness those people were friendly, but I don't like the idea of a stranger getting access to a private room, and my personal property. I really should be contacting management and asking for a partial refund or coupon or something for it, the incident made the rest of my stay a little bit uncomfortable. The pool was also quite chilly, and could use some work on the floor, the hot tub while at a great temperature and seemed fairly clean, also could use some updates on the floor, and jet placement. Also, our room was unfortunately beside the door to the stairs, and side exit, so every time someone would use the door it would shut very hard and loud, making it difficult to sleep.

Would not return.
Cons:

The hotel was old and dingy. The elevator was always wet from people coming to and from the pool. The room itself was pretty clean, but the blinds were not functioning correctly, and the air was blowing on the bed all night. They did not have enough staff to provide housekeeping and we had to go to the front desk for towels. The bath towels were small and threadbare. Unfortunately we had no other hotel options because of the crowds in the area.

Hot tub, sheets were soft, pillows were comfy

Cons:

Bathroom was not clean (hair all over the floor, mascara all over the sink), door looked like it was pushed in (latch loose & pc of door split), holes in sheets, pool had lots of hair floating in it

Breakfast not bad. Pool hours very limited

Cons:

Run down room 201. Hard bed, shower glass opens during shower. Huge tile broken near shower. Sharp edges. Looks like it's been broken a long time due to dirt on cracks. Sink handle broken, very loose. No coffee replaced. No ground floor room. Noisy, noisy ppl making noise above and below all night.

Don't stay here! They have bed bugs! We notified the front desk because they were all over both beds. The guy couldn't speak English, only took a picture and then moved us. This was room 128

Check in was a breeze. The room was clean and very comfortable. The beds were great, I could actually navigate the TV. Breakfast was outstanding. Very attractive and clean room. All the staff were friendly, helpful and professional.
