Struttura perfetta, pulita ordinata personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Colazione buona e ben fornita.
Posizione centralissima a due minuti a piedi da piazza di spagna ideale per passeggiate serali senza confusione per godersi la magia di Roma

No hay buena señal de internet. Se cota todo el tiempo. Las tarjetas para entrar a las habitaciones funcionan mal. La puerta de ingreso de la calle al hotel no funcionaba. El personal de la recepción tiene un mal trato con la gente. La cama tenía un plástico entre el colchón y la sábana que daba un calor insoportable.

NEL BAGNO DAL BIDET USCIVA UN RIGAGNOLO D'ACQUA (IMPOSSIBILE LAVARSI) IL PULSANTE DELLO SCARICO WC SCASSATISSIMO. ALL'INTERNO DELLA STANZA PREVALEVA UN ODORE SGRADEVOLE. COLAZIONE QUASI INESISTENTE . INSOMMA UN HOTEL 4 STELLE ????????

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. The only bright spot was the Porter Mr. Alex he’s was trying to help and was very apolog
Cons:

A/C didn’t work. Bathtub and shower had mold through out. Carpet in hallways was worn out and dirty 😞
