Excellent area, to improve facility.
Pros:

We liked the location very close to lot of attractions, as Piazza di Spagna, Piazza Navona, Fontana di Trevi. We appreciated the fact the room it was changed when we complained about poor AC system.

Cons:

We didn't liked poor AC system in first room, some outdated things as sink and faucets, too smooth bed mattress. Also the suuroundings are not that clean but this is not about the hotel but about all Rome.

Only the location.

Cons:

The room was super tiny...smaller than they show in images. One night, the power in the second room got cut off and they didn't do anything about it, my mother had to sleep in without any AC or fan. The person for the night duty was super, just not helpful, claimed there was no alternative!
