I stayed here with my family and booked their largest rooms, 404 and 405. The air conditioning was not working, and when we complained to reception, their solution was to send us fans. Fans? In a supposedly 4-star hotel where guests are paying for their largest rooms? Completely unacceptable.

The condition of the hotel is honestly shocking. It is extremely old, neglected, and badly run down. There were moldy walls, scratched and damaged bathtubs, and obvious water-leak stains and marks all over the wallpaper. The rooms look tired, poorly maintained, and nothing like what you would expect from a property claiming to be 4-star.

Broken AC, mold, water-damaged walls, worn-out bathrooms, and fans being offered as a solution — how exactly is this a 4-star hotel?

This place is in desperate need of a complete renovation. The pictures and star rating do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel.

Save your money and stay somewhere else. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel, especially for families.

Great hotel,location and staff fantastic value, the single room was small specifically the shower but the value was well worth it,felt safe in the hotel and area 😊

super séjour de 5 jours
Pros:

La chambre était fonctionnelle. Propose un service de nettoyage de vêtement. Le petit déjeuner est suffisant en terme de choix. Hyper calme la nuit en plein centre de Rome. À quelques minutes de la place d’Espagne et du métro. 25min à pied du Colisée.

Cons:

La baignoire, c’est tellement mieux une douche. Une chambre un peu petite, mais ça reste fonctionnelle est ça sert juste de point de repos.
