Good staff bad rooms
Pros:

We came here unexpectedly because of a snow storm the staff was kind with us and helped us so on service side everything went good but when we got in the rooms stuff started to go bad, first the room 111 tv is broken sound is cutting off now and then, then they moved us to room 108, where the bathroom door is… TRANSPARENT???? Like we are a family we would like to have a privacy when we take a shower oh and talking about shower just finished my shower while writing this review and honestly not bad until the shower head just burst, WATER EVERYWHERE I had to soak out the rest of my soap away while water was going crazy but anyways staff was kind so that’s a star, food and room services was also good the restaurant Pacini was good, spa and gym sucks was hoping for a cool spa not a traditional spa we have outside in our backyard, anyways for an unexpected trip here we still had one of the best client service we had in this region of quebec

À cause que j'ai mal dormi avec vos oreillés et le bruit de la chambre c'est très bof

L'hôtel est belle, les chambres aussi, le personnel était gentils même si nous avons pas pu savoir tant que ça avec seulement 1 nuit. Les accommodités était bien, la chambre propre. Belle luminosité aussi. Il y a un spa en face, un pacini à même l'hôtel.

Cons:

Le bruit de la chambre. C'est écrit bien insonorisé et pourtant on entendais les brassés de laveuse, et si je me trompe pas les manières de fan à l'extérieur, entoucas sa fesais quasiment shaker la chambre et quand tu es une light sleeper comme moi sa prend pas grand chose pour te réveiller. Les oreillers aussi je ne les ai pas aimé du tout j'ai été incomfortable tout la nuit... sinon après m'être lavé j'ai eu l'impression de sentir le chien trempé toute le reste de la journée et un bout le lendemain. Je crois que c'est vos débarbouilettes...
