Emplacement idéal pour aller à pied au centre historique
Hôtel propre, agréable avec un bon petit déjeuner et possibilité de manger le soir sur place

Lovely hotel we would recommend but extras do add up.
Pros:

Right in the town centre, nice hotel.

Cons:

Even though they allow dogs and you pay a €30 supplement they don’t allow the dogs in the bar or restaurant so we had to eat tea in our room which wasn’t great. We also thought the parking was expensive.

Es ideal para un fin de semana en pareja. La ubicación es perfecta, aislada y tranquila, pero a la vez en el centro y al lado de la Catedral.

Cons:

Todo estuvo muy bien, por apuntar un detalle, se nota que el hotel ya tiene mucho tiempo y tienen que poner atención en ir renovando y modernizando varios detalles de la decoración.

We stay for the location…
Pros:

The location is great, the rooms are clean. Parking is secure.

Cons:

Parking costs 21euros per night, which is really excessive. The parking spaces are small.
The rooms are advertised as soundproof, but we could hear every single sounds from the people in the room next to us.
Check in staff are hit and miss. The one on our arrival was not at all friendly.

el lugar que nos dieron para hospedarnos con nuestra mascota, amplia, la bienvenida que le hicieron a mi perrito fue muy acogedor

La atención del restaurante, cafetería la que nos dió información una señora muy déspota y nos respondió muy mal.
Luego otro huésped nos confronto por tener nuestra mascota en el césped que está afuera de la habitación.

Gone downhill from previous visits
Cons:

Lack of heating on a very cold night. Informed reception but no effort to remedy. Only one chair in bedroom. Arrived at 3.35 pm and requested food from room service. Was told room service finished at 3.30pm and started again at 8pm. No flexibility!
