Cons:

The check in process was horrible. Wouldn't let us check in early. Called the day before, was told we could with a 35$ fee. We sit in the car for hours, waiting on the concert. Finally got to check in after a concert, went to bed, with the cops knocking at the door for no reason. Charged us twice. Forgot his wallet, went back up there to get it after they emailed us and said they had it drove 2 hours to get it and no one knew where it was at. Called cooperate after sitting in the car waiting for 2 hours bc we live 2 hours away, was told to go home and they would call when they found it. Finally got it 10 minutes after and a credit card was missing out of it. Very rude and judgemental staff.

We will always stay at the Embassy! No matter where we go!
Pros:

We love staying at Embassy! The location of right next door to the Amp was so convenient!

Cons:

The elevators were very slow and one was broken down. Making the wait time very long!

Pros:

Location was perfect walking distance to the concert venue. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Pool was well maintained. Breakfast was the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel before.

Cons:

The only bump on the trip was when the door died and wouldn't read the card to let me and my friends back in our room. We talked to the front lobby and they were able to charge the door to let us on. Maintenence came by promptly and fixed it within 5 minutes of us coming back to our room. Besides this little bump the trip was perfect.

We had fun but the hotel was too expensive for what it was
Pros:

It was clean and quiet. The room had excellent amenities. It was very close to the concert venue

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't very good, broken shower, the bed was hard

Pros:

Very easily accessible location, the entire property was clean and well maintained, the staff were all friendly and helpful during our entire stay. We will certainly stay here again.

I did not stay on the 6th thru 7th I stayed on the 5th thru 6th. thru Embassy Suites
Pros:

the accommodations were great.

I was charged for an early check in but was happy to get it.

Cons:

I will never use booking.com again. They got the date wrong on my reservation by one day. I called them back as soon as they sent me the email. They said the contacted the Hotel and they were full. I made several calls back and forth between Hotel and Booking to no avail. Booking after 20-minute phone wait they hung up and never called back. I called them 3 times only to be put on hold after talking to the representee for 15 minutes 20 minutes and last time 45 minutes.

Never again. all they had to do is change the date on my reservation or cancel it, neither happened so I was charged for a room i never used!

From now on I will go straight to the hotel or use another third party but not Booking.com!

We’ve stayed there a number of times this time wasn’t as good as the others

Very satisfied
Pros:

The staff were all friendly & they seem to care to meet my needs . I am on oxygen & they made sure I had a bottom floor room for ease with my machines , that makes a difference

Loved the location and breakfast
Pros:

The location was perfect! The breakfast was one of the best one's I have ever had.

Cons:

Called about where the ice was and the lady at the front desk that answered was a little rude. Everything was pretty clean and it was an easy check in and out. I didn't like how they didn't have regular TV stations, you had to sign into your own streaming services except for Sirus XM to listen to music.
