It was close to the concert
Check in took well over an hour, tried charging 5 different cards, all for them to finally say we can do it in another name. Lost an hour getting ready. No compensation, just a rude attitude from the manager talking about how fast she was. Over an hour standing in one spot. My legs were tired before the concert even started. Then another employee tells me it’s time to go to bed when I requested another room key at 2am.
The staff was exceptional and accommodations were great!

The best thing about the Embassy is how close it is to the Amp Theater.
The air conditioner did not work. It stayed at 75°-76° the entire time in the room. Very uncomfortable.
Also the livingroom tv sound is broke. You can not hear the TV at all with the volume turned all the way up. Also, the bathroom was very run down there was a constant leak in the bath tub that we could hear running all night long... not a good time at all.

How long my food took to come out at restaurant
the location is next door to the Ampitheatre
Our room wreaked of cat urine--so we thought. Until another guest said they were experiencing the same problem. If you google, mold in the HVAC or in the walls can smell like cat urine. It was making us sick. They did change our room but we could still smell it. My friend got violently ill and vomited during the night. then she had to go to the dr the next day. dont stay at this hotel it is hazardous to your health. Also, the front desk clerk that checked me in didnt tell me what the wifi password was, what time breakfast was, or anything. She gave the guest before us water and i had to go all the way back to the front desk to ask for water. She smirked at me. I think she knew about the moldy room too. Her name was Madylyn

spent 3 nights at this hotel with 2 rooms booked and had toilets backing up on the floors "fixed" 3 times. and was with out hot water for 2 days thuraday evening and no hot water back until Saturday around noon. was told I would be compensated with Hilton points for the inconvenience. I was given 5000 points per room which is the equivalent to about $15 off our stay per room. I have reached out to Hilton and the property multiple times and just keep getting ignored. The points didn't arrive in my account until he next day. and was told it was to late to complain because we had already checked out.
Everything was great! Great staff, great food, great room, great atmosphere. The breakfast was really good also . We will go back for a longer stay
