The view of the town was amazing.
No complaints
Super impressed at the free drink cards, the breakfast layout, and the friendliness of the staff. Blackout curtains are top notch. Water pressure was great in the shower. Loved seeing my name on the TVs when we walked in.
Kids in room across from the elevator kept opening their door and harassing guests with rude comments. I did not notify staff but I regret it. Every time we used the elevator the same kids in the same room opened their door and hollered strange things. Sauna was broken. Pool was PACKED and the pool room was almost unbearable due to the smell of chlorine and high pitched screaming of kids. There was also a guest in the pool, an older lady I'd say early 40s, in a VERY revealing bikini. I'm talking thong bottom and tiny triangle top. Not very appropriate for being in a sea of children. She was also drinking a beer in a glass bottle in the pool. Very dangerous in my opinion. I pulled my 2 kids out because of this and they were really sad.
We stayed here overnight on a week end trip. Checkin was quick. We were given a bag of water and snacks for Diamond status. Too late for the manager’s reception.
Room was standard embassy suite. Clean, quiet. I slept well. Hotel was very full with a lot of youth sports groups, but we didn’t hear anything.
Breakfast was the standout. Made to order omelets plus a good sized buffet which was kept well replenished.
I would definitely stay again
We always love how comfortable the rooms are and love the space in the room especially with kids!
The breakfast start time I tend to leave a bit earlier than my family for work and there is no available food so now I’m
Left purchasing food on my way to work!
Location and cleanliness

Great hotel. Everything about it is great.
Breakfast and Happy Hour were both top notch. I specifically enjoyed the mixer-feeling of Happy Hour and the quality of the breakfast buffet. The front desk attendant at night was next-level awesome. The front desk attendant at day was very good, and both were kind. The room was comfy, well lit without being too bright, nicely decorated, super clean, etc. I never heard another guest unless we were in the lobby.
Wish you had Dr. Pepper along with your Pepsi products!
Close to all the FUN things
No hot tub
Based upon recent reviews I was concerned for our 2 night stay over Valentine’s Day. The room was very spacious and the daily breakfast including the omelette station
is fantastic. The room had no charging outlets unless you had a block with you and the water pressure in our room was abysmal (although plenty of hot water). For the convenience of the location alone for the Rogers and Bentonville, we will be back.
Happy hour, breakfast, staff, room size and arrangement.
The outside area of the main entrace could have been a little cleaner (needs a good power washing) and a little more inviting. Felt more like the a entrance, but maybe because it's still winter.
Very disappointing. Waited 3 hours to be checked in. Zoey, the guest services representative, practically threw the key at us and said “Your room is finally ready”. The bathroom floor, tub, and bed were covered in hair. We asked to be moved. The second room had food on the floor, upon entering.
Nice room and breakfast.
