Good location
Pros:

Room was very clean, good restaurant on premises with good Puerto Rican food.

Cons:

Shower water was only lukewarm, personally I like hot water for my shower.

The location is convenient and the restaurant downstairs is popular, but my stay had several issues

Cons:

The biggest problem was early in the morning around 7:00 a.m. Strong food smells from the restaurant traveled directly up to the room. It felt like we were inside the kitchen, and it made it very hard to sleep.

Because the rooms are directly on top of the restaurant, noise was also an issue. The doors of neighboring rooms slam very loudly, and you can clearly hear it inside the room.

Another concern is security. The front door that leads to the upstairs rooms does not lock automatically. It requires guests to lock it with a key, but many guests leave it unlocked. Even though there is security at the front of the restaurant, the upstairs entrance should lock automatically for safety.

Overall, the room being directly above the restaurant caused issues with smells, noise, and security. Improvements in ventilation, door dampening, and an automatic locking system would make a big difference.

Pros:

Ok, this is just an older hotel on a bust street. But right beside a great restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The pool area was nice (no one there). Definitely a lower end hotel but good bed and clean. Nothing fancy here.

It's a nice experience.
Pros:

I really like your hotel, the location is very good. The staff great, the receptionists are very welcoming which is a big plus for me, they do an amazing job with the intent to have all guests feel comfortable. A smile is worth a million words! Also, i love that the restaurant is a few steps away.

Cons:

The fact that the balcony and pool were unavailable due to remodeling. The balcony was something i looked forward to. It would be super nice to have an overpass to get to the stores and restaurants across the street avoiding the danger of crossing the street by foot.

It was great!
Pros:

Location and cafe right across the street was ver convenient and perfect! Everything was very clean and staff was very welcoming and helpful!

Cons:

The pillows were very bulky and hard; not comfortable at all!
