Discomfort Suites

It was my 17th anniversary, we rented a suite. The unit had no heat. Reported this to management. Was told heat didnt work if turned up high.What,? 3 hours later still no heat. Checked out.
Requested refund. Denied. In addition my card had other unauthorized from this establishment. Left many messages requesting the manager call me back..
No return calls. Finally caught manager. Manager said i was fully refunded and she would send confirmation of refund. Did not receive either. Also all email addresses to contact hotel or corporate are bad or broken links. Bad hotel, poor customer service. Don't ruin your stay away, stay anywhere but here.

Not So Happy Stay
Pros:

I love the location. I always stay there for my get-away.

Cons:

I was over charged in error that caused my account to overdraft. I discovered this on my first night. On the morning when I was leaving, I finally spoke with a manager who explained things and assisted with correcting my due refunds, even though it took a few days. My holiday was nat as pleasant because of this.

Great comfy place to stay the night for my neices graduation.
Pros:

It was exactly what I expected. All of the breakfast options and hot food service.

Cons:

There were no non pork meats or vegan options for breakfast, but again for the price my expectation was not high.
