Basic needs served!
Pros:

The lobby of the hotel was welcoming and well layout. The staff members were helpful during our stay. The hotel has access to a large open and free parking. Breakfast included.

Cons:

The hotel is located in Tukwila; hence access to Seattle would either require a car, to go to the park and ride nearby (which is often very full) or to tale a bus then the green line. You do also have access to the Amtrak at Tukwila station.
The hotel was meeting basic needs. The AC system was very noisy and the water pressure of the shower variable.
Included breakfast is always interesting but the food options remained not quite healthy and always the same - which is completely understandable if you look at the price-quality ratio of the stay.
For a few days, the hotel would work.

Pros:

Staff was wonderful. Bed was too high and a bit uncomfortable. Fridge froze some things. Microwave was a plus. Didn't use the kettle or safe. Bathroom sink was too low. Non-skid tub base and big grab bar were great. Breakfast was good, especially the waffles. Shuttle was on time and a big convenience.

Don’t stay here.
Pros:

Not much was good about the property.

Cons:

The hot tub was broke. The vending machine was broken. There was a party happening in the event center and the participants were rude and disrespectful and borderline violent. There were kids running through the halls of the hotel.

Die Lage ist ganz gut; fußläufig ein großes Einkaufzentrum zu erreichen und der Park am Fluß
wir haben gebucht wegen der Nähe zum Flughafen

Cons:

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen ; die Zimmer werden aber wohl gerade erneuert.
Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat sind die Müllberge beim Frühstück ; alles Einwegsachen vom Pappteller und Pappbecher bis zum Plastikbesteck; das müßte nicht sein und trübt den Eindruck doch sehr.
