Try to avoid Erick at the front desk
Pros:

Cleanliness and confort. The amenities are excellent…the fitness room included a sauna… that’s a plus!!

Cons:

Poor customer service and experience by staff member Erick at the reception desk Friday evening around 11pm. Very unprofessional conversation and rude comment regarding the self serve coffee and tea availability.

I did not stay. I asked for a refund and left and went to another hotel. I can’t rest being exposed to mold.

It looks like the property is being remodeled, but it’s almost like they’re just painting over mold and oldness to make it look new or more modern, when really it’s just a smelly place

Cons:

It smelled of strong order of perfume, and it smelled of mold covering up with paint and strong perfume. Soon as I got into the room, the air condition was on. It’s like of germs

Great location for what I needed to do.

Cons:

Wasn’t aware that the hot tub was closed when I booked. Or else I would’ve booked a cheaper hotel. Also glad I checked the coffee pot the water fill reservoir was NASTY and had lots of melted plastic or something of that nature inside it.

Pros:

The staff were welcoming and happy to hold my luggage until the room became available.bThe room was big and the bed was comfortable. It was well presented and smelt clean.
