Good stay with a friend for a couple of nights. Had a little balcony off the room.
Pros:

First time staying there. It was an added bonus having dinner option for free. Staff was great. I requested a room opposite I-25 and we got one even though we arrived late in the evening.

Cons:

I can't think of anything.

Overall, very good. I’d return.
Pros:

Room, dinner, breakfast and having my dogs with me.

Cons:

I felt hassled by the fact that the fee for my dogs was listed incorrectly through Bringing Fido. Management resolved my problem. I hope that this won’t happen to me again. It wasn’t fun at all.

They really care about their customers, and it shows!
Pros:

I've never been to a hotel, let alone a major mid price chain hotel, that cared so much about their customers. Due to their location, they get a lot of people who've traveled from across the region for specialized medical care. And, it's very obvious that the management and staff understand their needs and actually care whether they meet them. Even if you don't need to see a doctor, this place is certainly worthy of your business. Rooms were clean, amenities were clean and well maintained, and breakfast included your choice of red chile sauce, green chile, and salsa (or I guess Christmas or all three if that's the way you roll) to go with your eggs and potatos. Speaking as a New Mexican, that is going above and beyond!
