Panorama Nha Trang Hotel & Apartments

If there is negative star that’s what I would rated them. Ok let’s start my experience booking them through Expedia.I’ve booked 15 rooms for 30 persons 3 days in advance for 7/16 through 7/19. They sent me a bunch of emails said they’re have confirmed my booking and can’t wait to see us, so I thought was ok. We drove 6 from Saigon to Nha Trang which where they are, 2 hrs left to arrive I called the number they provided to check just to found out a lady call herself manager her name is Ms.Diep told me that they’ve canceled my booking without sending us any information about cancel and this B..ch was so rude when I asked why just to get an answer no rooms for us and told go call Expedia for refund I was mad and didn’t know what to do but lucky we found a different location and still trying to get my refund from Expedia. From what I’ve heard that they sell ours rooms for higher price because now is the busiest times for travel. That’s my experienced with them so stay as far away from them!!!

Booked online only to arrive and spend ages waiting at the front desk with little communication. Was then told I didn't have a booking which I did, to then be told they were overbooked even though there were still availability showing online.
Terrible thing to have happen on my birthday as well and after being really unwell in hospital and wanting to treat myself, they had very little care.

Excellent service

This is NOT a hotel. It’s a condotel owned by an individual who jacked up the price upon your arrival and demanded a deposit without any specified purpose. You are furnished with shampoo and shower gel that have been used by other guests.
The check in process was especially confusing and stressful on a late arrival because the front desk does not know anything about your reservation and you have to wait for the condo owner and her staff. The room is small and you only get one key card. Once you leave the room and remove the key card, the air is turned off and you’ll come back to a sauna. When we try to ask questions, they became rude and argumentative. Definitely not a “customer service” oriented business. We wouldn’t recommend it.

So my first experience coming to Vietnam and I choose to stay at the Panorama Hotel. I must say the staff there are great! I was in constant contact with customer service as they would check in with me from time to time via Whatsapp to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were happy. The hotel was clean and centrally located around good shopping and eating areas. I would definitely recommend staying here if you ever decide to visit Nha Trang, Vietnam.

조식을 위한 식당이 설비 전이라 아쉬웠지만, 객실 내 취사 설비가 되어 있어서 사용하기 편했고 호텔 주변 식당을 추천해 주셔서 편리했습니다. 취사 도구를 요청드렸더니 새로 구입해 주셔서 너무 감사했습니다. 머무르는 동안 배려와 친절에 감사했습니다.

It'll be good when it's finished. Positives: everything is super new. Great room, good view, nice gym/ reception area/ amazing location, 1 minute from the beach. The pool area also looked good but there wasn't a bar installed yet so nobody was using it, and the pool needed cleaning.

Negatives: my room was so new I think it had been finished the day I arrived. The (empty) fridge hadn't even been plugged in, and the HUGE flatscreen TV wasn't set up nor was there a remote for it. The kettle and iron/ hairdryers were still in boxes. The room key was given to me in a plastic bag with the room number written in marker pen, and on my door was a photocopied sign in Vietnamese that translated to CUSTOMER SERVICE... it didn't exactly scream 4*. There was no information in the room about wifi password/ location of gym and pool/ room service/ local attractions, the kind of things you expect from any 4*. The hotel was very responsive to messages prior to my stay, so I went to reception to speak to them (there is no phone in the room to contact reception) but the staff didn't speak any English. So I had to resort to just messaging via expedia or google translate. During my stay they were unable to fix/ set up the TV. Also the room key won't get you to your room, you have to ask security to let you up, and if you want to use the pool/ gym on the 6th floor, you have to do the same - go down to 1, ask to be let up to 6, and the same when you want to go from the pool/gym back to your room.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 night before meting my friends. I enjoyed my stay and find the hotel up to standard of its stars. It is located near the beach, shops and places to eat.
