Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful English speaking staff and wonderful hot breakfast
Pros:

Excellent smaller hotel in a good location, even though we’re only there for one night. It seemed as though it would be very convenient as one of the subways ran right under the hotel. We had dinner at their traditional Japanese restaurant and it was also excellent.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

This was a lovely hotel. The decor was beautiful and I really enjoyed looking at all of the artwork both in my room, the hotel rooms floors and the lobby. The staff were all very helpful. They also provided me with a customized to-go breakfast since I had to leave the hotel to catch a train before breakfast service started. The rooms were clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I slept very well. The breakfast buffet was very good - wide variety of food available. I would definitely stay here again if I have a chance to return to Japan.
