Excellent hotel.
Pros:

Magnificent view from the city and Mt. Fuji. Close to Ginza. Very nice rooms, clean, comfortable. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Close to metro.

Cons:

Location is a bit weird and inconvenient.

Will definitely consider staying here again.
Pros:

The location is right next to JR station. The view was excellent. Staff was very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was mediocre and not worth the price. This is unfortunate because breakfasts usually are excellent in top Tokyo hotels.

Loved the views, get the Tokyo tower side room.
Pros:

Beautiful views from Tokyo tower side of the room so much transport near by. Shiodome subway, yurikome line station, shimbashi station. Ginza 10 min walk.
