Good location trumps the negatives
Pros:

The staff was friendly. There were 4 coin laundry machines which is so helpful. Great location!!

Cons:

The room seem to cater to men. There was only one set of pajama (men's style) and it was very large. The toiletries were also very woodsy smelling. I wonder if they mostly cater to traveling business men.
The breakfast buffet was expensive for the limited choices.

Klare Empfehlung, schönes Hotel!
Pros:

Die Aussicht ist überragend, das Personal sehr nett und freundlich. Sehr nah am Bahnhof und von hier kann man toll Tokyo erkunden. Zudem im Erdgeschoss ein Family Mart der 24/7 geöffnet ist für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch.

Cons:

Man hört ab und zu Züge aber dafür ist die Lage sehr gut!
