Your lobby staff changed my day in a very negative way.
Pros:

Breakfast excellent. People in the lobby terrible on tacking care of the customer.

Cons:

Use the concept of an airplane. Even though the prices are too different, all of them are treated in the same way. For some reason I did not get a room because I arrive too earlier for the check in; but I noticed other got it right away.

Pros:

Great place to stay! Close to where my mom was having a medical procedure. Loved the cleanliness of our room, modern, and water pressure was amazing. Enjoyed the hotel restaurant for some drinks, the night staff there was amazing ! Would definitely book again.

nice for a night or two
Pros:

The hotel was nice and it met expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, we did not like that the windows looked over the walkway in front of the room so we could not leave the curtains open. No issues other than that.
