Pros:

It was nice that it had a indoor pool and spa except for the pool was cold. And the fact that they open the pool area at 4:00 and close it by 11:00. Check in is 4:00 Check out is 11:00 go figure !!! New time to really swim unless you get there at 4:00 check in that's ridiculous to me.

Bring back breakfast and longer pool hours
Pros:

We have been staying here off and on for over 2 years. There is a lot that needs upgraded although some has been upgraded. New dressers in the rooms would be great. Our bathroom door didn’t shut. And we were also sad to see they no longer offer breakfast. Also the pool only being open from 4pm until 11pm is very inconvenient. The number one reason we have always stayed is so the kids could enjoy the pool all day.

The staff was great and my room was super clean! Much like all hotels I have stayed at lately,but could use some touch up paint here and there but my experience was amazing! I slept so well in the Tropical Dome even with kids playing till 10 or 11 at night. Affordable price for a 5 day stay to visit Dad for Father's Day! I am hoping I get to retuen here next year!

Didn’t even stay but 2 hrs, had to change rooms once and then just decided the rooms were just still too gross to stay. The only plus about Wildwood is the pool.

Pros:

The theme rooms are amazing but the pool side rooms are out dated and it had a musty smell. Carpet was gross and you can feel the springs in the bed while sleeping.

Pros:

The rooms are dated but were clean and comfortable. The kids loved the big pool and the hot tub was super warm and nice. The arcade is very small but still ok. There are animal statues and palm trees on the property and geese everywhere. It was quiet and close to shopping and eating.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!! THE SERVICE FROM STAFF WAS OK BUT THE MAN IN CHARGE WAS AN @$$ HE CHARGED ME $25 FOR 3 SMALL TOWELS AND THE ROOMS ARE DISGUSTING!!

I BOOKED A POOLSIDE ROOM FROM FRIDAY -SUNDAY SO MY KIDS COULD ENJOY THE POOL AREA (WHICH WAS NICE) BUT THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE FEET (OR SOMETHING), THE AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK SO THE ROOM WAS HUMID AND STICKY THE WHOLE TIME. THE CARPETS WERE ALSO STICKY AND GROSS AND THE BEDS WERE SO BROKEN IN IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A GOOD NIGHT'S REST.

YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK TO GET POOL TOWELS AND EXCHANGE WET/CLEAN TOWELS THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY. WE WENT TO EXCHANGE TOWELS AT LEAST 3-4 TIMES OVER A 3 DAY PERIOD. STAFF DOES NOT KEEP TRACK OF THE TOWELS YOU ARE (EXCHANGING) BY THE END OF OUR STAY WE ONLY HAD 1 ROOM TOWEL AND SEVERAL POOL TOWELS SO THEY CHARGED ME $25 FOR TOWELS THAT ARE THERE SOMEWHERE. SUNDAY MORNING THERE WAS A MAN AT THE DESK (WHO I CAN ONLY ASSUME WAS THE OWNER OR MANAGER) I TRIED TO EXCHANGE THE TOWELS SO WE COULD SHOWER BEFORE CHECKOUT. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND NASTY TO ME INSINUATING I HAD STOLEN THE ROOM TOWLES.. THESE TOWELS WOULDN'T EVEN BE SUITABLE FOR A HAIR TOWEL. HE WAS LIGHT WEIGHT YELLING AT ME SAYING I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED. HE REFUSED TO LISTEN TO ANYTHING I HAD TO SAY. THIS IS PURELY NEGLIGENCE ON HIS STAFFS PART AND HAD I KNOWN THIS WAS EVEN A POSSIBILITY I WOULD HAVE KEPT TRACK OF THE TOWELS MYSELF...

MY KIDS DID ENJOY THE POOL BUT WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO HIS HOTEL!!
