Disappointed
Pros:

The staff was fine and breakfast was good.

Cons:

Pool lift did not function for our handicap child, the room couldn't keep a consistent temperature and the pool area was unsafe.

Cons:

No habían escaleras o por lo menos no se veían. Vinieron muy temprano por la mañana para limpiar el cuarto. 8:30! Se supone que si llegas tarde a un hotel quieres dormir. Hasta las 10 sería perfecto pero 8:30 es demasiado temprano!

Overall it was a great stay, and would definitely come back if was ever in K.C. Again!
Pros:

Breakfast was great, location was excellent!

Cons:

I don’t know if all Holiday Inn expresses are the same,but one thing my wife and I noticed was that as many people were there over the weekend it seemed that we had to wait on the elevator for some time, at times. It would have been nice to have had elevators on both sides, or side by side.

Team noise
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

The hotel was filled with kids baseball teams/families. The lobby and breakfast areas were always full and loud. The breakfast was picked over and our room was on the 1st floor 2 doors down from the chaos and the noise was noticeable there too
