Ottima la posizione. Pulite le stanze.

hotel e camere molto belle, con lenzuoli e asciugamani meravigliosi. Personale cordiale, ristorante sotto l'hotel ottimo da provare.
La prima cosa è il parcheggio, ho pagato 20 € per vedere la mia auto parcheggiata lungo il muro dell'hotel perchè non c'erano posti auto liberi. Questo mi ha disturbato molto. In più la colazione dalle 7. Per esigenze lavorative dovevo partire alle 6,45 dall'hotel, ho chiesto di anticiparmi la colazione, pagata ovviamente nel prezzo della stanza e mi è stata negata. Mi è stato preparato in maniera anche abbastanza scocciata dal portiere di notte un capuccino e data una fetta di crostata. Il portiere di notte era molto scocciato ma solo perchè non era stato avvertito, in caso contrario avvrebbe provveduto diversamente. Non ho trovato la cura per il cliente.

Posizione eccellente e vista mozzafiato
Qualche problema con l'ascensore dovuti a sbalzi di tensione. Con una persona anziana, l'ascensore deve sempre funzionare.

Good location, had a bar and restaurant and living room style area which most hotels in area don’t have.
They got rid of the garden area which would be more appealing and most rooms feel quite enclosed with little windows, have to pay for water and breakfast is little and basic compared to others in Italy

La suite aveva il letto matrimoniale su un soppalco quindi un po’ di disagio per chi soffre di claustrofobia
We loved our stay at Fontebella. We grabbed a quick bite at the bistro upon arrival and headed out to see the tombs of some of our favorite saints. Our room was fifth floor and quite large. The bath was especially large for a Euro hotel. Breakfast was lovely with a wide variety. We would certainly return!
