Bad staff and not clean room
Non-smoking rooms has intense smoke smell. This was the worst motel I have ever stayed in. They should pay you to spend the night there. Holes in ceiling. My desk had 3 legs. Dirty. The only reason I stayed is because it was so late.

I remembered it being a Travelodge and liked that it was relatively close to the event centre I was at.
It’s seriously run down since the Travelodge days. Smelled like smoke and not very clean at all. I decided to upgrade as there was a misunderstanding between what I booked and what I got. They said they could only do cash for the upgrade and I had to go to the gas station and get cash.
The door did not have lock to secure from inside. Someone barged into my room when i was sleeping. Had a sleepless night after that.
We had showed up at 230 Friday early morning witch is technically Saturday. Girl tried to charge us another 80 $ for 6 hours until our room was available. Room was full of graffiti dirty. So we went to another motel across the way. Let's us in for it was = 22 outside. ..so I didn't get one nite. Since I booked it for 2 nights. One night only. So I had lost 80$ for that an witch I do believe I should be refunded for this and did not Jane the room that we booked bs

The staff were so rude. No towel or soap in the room. I requested for one no one responded till the morning. Same guy the booked me ask to go send my reviews if I feel offended. The worst have seen in my entire life. Suitable for a cat house not human.

The fact there was literally poop smeared along the floor if you would like a video of proof I’d be willing to email it to whoever it needs to go to my email I’d carrsonhawes8@gmail.com on top of bikes we’re stolen and destroyed including my own and there was no warning if the theft nothing
